3. Chris Worrall was also on the Executive Committee until 2025, when he switched sides and defected to the Conservative Party. It turns out Worrall's views are very right wing.👇 He has also been working for land promoters and private equity real estate the whole time he was central to the LHG. 🤷‍♀️

All of these military experts that have been wheeled out to insist that defence spending must rise and welfare must be cut (often with feverish scare-mongering) are on the payroll of at least one defence firm. The only one that isn't goes on luxury ski breaks with them.

Nothing, if past experience is anything to go by. They have friends in high places. Occasionally, some hapless person or an about to retire person is blamed, paid off and it is business as usual. No big accounting firm is pristine. Puny fines and feather-duster regulation has never deterred them.

Anthony Watson, the CEO of this dodgy crypto clearing house (the Bank of London) was a donor to three Labour MPs: 💰 Liz Kendall, £3,500 💰 Angela Eagle, £10,000 💰 Maria Eagle, £2,000 And Mandelson was a former director. Interesting that the company got such a small fine.

Bank of London fined paltry £2m for filing fake documents with regulator to conceal its financial position. Fine reduced from £12m because that "would cause serious financial hardship." Peter Mandelson was a director until 2024. No exec fined/prosecuted. One law for us, another for them.
