These coaches are awesome. She had a fun time and I had a great time watching the chaos. It was perfect.

Kids have already forgotten which goal is theirs. And one kid got tired and just ran off the field for a sack.

2 teams. 8 kids total. Somehow 3 balls ended up in field. What could go wrong?

She may not be the quickest but my kid can absolutely knock people down. I’m envisioning her playing the enforcer role. Wait. One of the other parents told me there are not enforcers in under 6 rainbow soccer? What the fuck! We’re raising a nation of squibs!

Thinking to myself - sorry she can’t have the goldfish. She can’t have dairy. But I can! Would it be frowned upon to ask her to bring me her share of the communal goldfish snack? Yes Oh…. Ok

Oh no. One kid went too fast before the others were ready. We have a 12 car pileup on the field!!!

Oh wow. They’re shooting at the goal already. My kid missed the goal. Several time. Ok. No big deal. It’s her first time kicking a soccer ball at a target. I’m a terrible dad obviously. No wait. She’s laughing and having a ball. Woooo!!!

Ok. Snack break! Me: oh shit. I brought snacks for her for the car ride over and the ride home. Crap. I’m the worst dad ever! Crisis averted. She’s not hungry! Just wants some water. Dad is back to being on top! Woo

First up. Passing drill. Coach: Pass softly to each other using inside of foot Kids:SOFTLY?!?!???!!! What is softly!!!! We’re going to wail on these size 3 balls as hard as possible!!!
