learned about the sunflower lanyard system in airports. its a program that helps signal that you might need additional help even if theres nothing visible - i think any time i get brain electricity i get before flare up, i can put it on with my explainer card and that should help me feel safer.

we're going to the airport in pretty peak flare up times so riley is gonna help me get set up and through everything - but as long as i can get through the first part the rest of the trip should be smooth. having the accessibility things setup for this one trip is gonna make me feel a lot safer.

i was on it for a year before i started getting really bad symptoms and had to stop. it was the only time in my life where i felt normal with food, in control, and far far less anxious. if its good for you, it tends to be a game changer. i still learned a lot from being on it.

I think at this point criticizing people for using GLP-1s for weight loss is a silly and unscientific position to take. Diet and exercise are great for depression but nobody accuses people of cutting corners for taking Zoloft. All evidence suggests these things are incredibly safe and effective.

in less than a year, ARM gaming has gone from "some things kinda work" to "im running a steamOS clone on my 3ds-like device and i fearlessly can buy/download lighter games assuming they'll run fine, and im generally correct" thank you valve and open source devs, ive been blown away.
