This is a common tactic being used by regime: harassment via subpoena which then gets swiftly withdrawn if challenged in court, allowing feds to avoid a judge telling them to cut it out. Rinse and repeat. apnews.com/article/just...

This is an example of the flagrant mischaracterization commonly used by this regime. Percival KNOWS immigration court isn't criminal court (and that the comparison wouldn't hold up in a first year law school class) but he's betting that you don't.

Percival also knows these arrests aren't only happening AFTER someone is ordered removed, they're happening arbitrarily and scaring people away from engaging with the immigration process. But he's betting you don't know that either.

the great irony is that we all agree cis men are a threat, the right thinks trans women are “men in disguise” which would be scary if true, but the real threat is forcing a trans woman to share a bathroom full of cis men many of whom have proven they’re violently bigoted
