Google Chrome wants to update every day and when it opens it's shitty "what's new" tab it's like... nothing useful at all.

I am excited for the success of Hellraiser of being able to help set precedents about how far you can push things and still get a rating that allows it to be sold on Steam, PlayStation etc.

@philsalv.bsky.social Do you have any VHS tapes from Viacom New Media from around 1996'ish that would have footage from Aeon Flux on it?

i hate gay halloween, what do you mean your going as Aeon Flux patched into the 1998 March "Beta" but really it's kinda a Remaster of Cryo Interactive's 1997 PAL Exclusive Pax Corpus which was originally gonna be an Aeon Flux game. #PlayStation1 #PSX #PS1

In deep procrastination, leave it to me to uncover a JAPANESE version of Pax Corpus! Based on the newly leaked English March 1998 NTSC build, the ✨definitive way✨ to play this Cryo Interactive magnum opus. Patched & packaged up for your pleasure: archive.org/details/PaxC... #PS1 #PSX #PlayStation1

Aeon Flux (1996) Cancelled PS1 Game Splash screen or main menu screen. 👀 #PSX #PlayStation1

@psxdatacenter.bsky.social I've now scanned over 150 PAL PlayStation 1 covers at ultra high resolution 1200 DPI. If your servers can handle files that big- work away! Otherwise I've auto-resized 300 DPI's on the Box dot com source in the description! archive.org/details/PAL_...

If your PAL PS1 fan: me and my flatbed scanner have been getting real busy. Must be over 100 Unique PAL games scanned by now... 1200 DPI cover scans for you here: archive.org/details/PAL_... #PlayStation1 #PSX #PS1 #RetroGaming #GamePreservation

@philsalv.bsky.social Spotted a tiny demo station for TOMB RAIDER in your E3 1996 photo overlooking Eidos. They truly had no idea it would be a hit! 😁

@whatev-indus.bsky.social Tried running Disc Xplorer on Mac. Just downloaded the app. Even for the app and not building it manually do I need to download other dependancies?

I uncovered and preserved some "lost media" for the UK European launch of DINO CRISIS 2 by Virgin Interactive Entertainment VIE UK in December 2000. They crushed a "classic Mercedes" (even though it's a Volvo) outside the London Natural History Museum #DinoCrisis #DinoCrisis2

I wrote a piece for Game Informer about why society blames games for its problems: My favorite piece of history? In 1982, the U.S. Surgeon General warned everyone that Pac-Man and Space Invaders were a danger to kids. Read it before the next medium gets banned: gameinformer.com/feature/2026...

What do you mean RESIDENT EVIL VERONICA is Resident Evil 5? Wasn't Requiem not number 9???

Kris Jenner works hard, but it seems Asha Sharma is working even harder! #Xbox

Is this a YOUNG CHRIS REDFIELD!??? January 1996 and already mogging for the camera.

@cnhyv.bsky.social Silly question but do you have the actual digital JPEG file of the pack shot for Tomb Raider, like the actual jpeg of the cover that graced millions of playstation and PC boxes as that actual image (not a scanned version) seems to be lost media.

A website you can get lost in: The 90s are so back! Ecco the Dolphin's new website. Has anyone gone into that website and made it out with any useful information... At all???

Uncovered some fab HQ "The Simpsons: Road Rage" Key art! #RetroGaming #PS2 #GamePreservation #PlayStation2 #TheSimpsons #TheSimpsonsRoadRage

@gunnwriter.bsky.social Finally played MediEvil on PS1. Playing the Winter Releases 98 demo of it in my sisters room is among one of my first memories of a sentient human (and I truly mean that) Finally played the game, it was brilliant! Well done to you all 28 years later. 👏

@jeremypryer.bsky.social Hey. Will a port of Clock Tower - the next one (I'm just gonna refer it to as "the next one" rather than say "2") gonna happen? ;)

Given how much of Resident Evil Requiem borrowed from Resident Evil: The Final Chapter movie, I would like to see a game with Milla Jovovich as Alice. Were the movies "brilliant" - maybe not, but her star turn has been influential to RESI as how Angelina Jolie forever changed Lara Croft Tomb Raider.

Hamnet star Jessie Buckley has made history by becoming the first Irish woman to win Best Actress at the Academy Awards in Hollywood

Before there was "iPhone face" may I present to you all "Read a Lad's mag face"

The first half of my Resident Evil 9 Requiem Let's Play is up! www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Gik... Also me: every time Leon is on screen. #LeonKennedy #ResidentEvil #Requiem

No spoilers, but as someone who has clocked over 2000 hours in The Sims 4, nothing made me smile more than seeing a suburban house with a super deep basement and a helipad out front in Resident Evil Requiem. #ResidentEvilRequiem #ResidentEvil

Oh Jinx - I will always remember you… until my fish brain forgets! #PlayStation1 #RetroGaming #PS1 youtu.be/X_whLaaywF0?... 100% Play through here!

@frankcifaldi.bsky.social Die Hard source code going up for sale? www.videogamesage.com/forums/topic...

What a conundrum! @cexofficial.bsky.social strikes again and sent me an AMERICAN NTSC copy of Space Channel 5… but the American one does have Part 2 included… 🥹 But my Irish PAL PS2 cannot play American NTSC games. 🥲

New strategy to sell some copies of your game on #Steam. Threaten the customers that the current version will be de-listed when the new one comes out. #FinalFantasyVII

Did somebody say… RIDGE RACER ! #PlayStation1 #PS1 #RetroGaming

🚨 If you sent me an email after January 5th I have NOT received it. Tech support problem on my email account. 🚨

I CANNOT BELIEVE they make not one, but two Prince of Persia games in genres I hate "2D" and "Rogue-like" But they cancel my Hot male 3D action adventure remake.

@psxdatacenter.bsky.social Hey! You can grab PAL manuals I scanned here if you want them for your database which I have been using a lot of! archive.org/details/PAL_...

Loose #PS1 Disc Collectors rise up! 💿 My Christmas break project was making Sony PlayStation 1 manuals adapted for Home Printing! #RetroGaming #PSX #PlayStation

new Tomb Raider announcement teased for The Game Awards

Every time I check the price of Retro video games, like just plain PlayStation 1 and PlayStation 2 games... I feel MUCH LESS guilty about owning a Designer bag. Nerds, don't be throwing stones in glass houses.

Thanks to Culture Ireland for supporting me to visit Atlanta for the USA Premiere of my Erotic Thriller "Never Kill a Femboy on the First Date" at @outonfilm.org - I had so much fun visiting the city and seeing all the brilliant films! #LGBTQMovies #IrishChinese #Queer #IrishFilm #LGBTQ #IrishFilms

@dringo.bsky.social Do Nintendo Switch 2 games normally go on discount this quickly or par for the course?

The BBC News website has pages & pages of coverage related to farmers protesting inheritance tax, including events where only a few hundred turn out. In London yesterday 100,000 people marched for trans rights, and nothing. Imagine if it was 100,000 anti immigrant activists, they'd cover that.

THIS IS A GENOCIDE. I **cannot** believe I spent all this time in School sitting through History under the assumption we would never do this to ANYONE again, and yet here we are. CEASEFIRE NOW. LET AID IN. FREE PALESTINE! #CeaseFire #Gaza #Palestine

Been making enough solid progress on this that I'm not TOO embarrassed to share progress photos from #ProjectPowerBottom, an #Indie #UE5 #Game I've been working on in my spare time for the past 6 weeks or so! (Just imagine a jockstrap instead of cycling?? shorts) #GameDev #IndieGame #UnrealEngine

Me in Costa: - Is he crying? - Was it a recent breakup? - Was it covid? It's freaking hay fever! On prescription level anti-histamines too.

I thought my 20s would look like this.
