@jenpsaki.bsky.social Jen I listen to and enjoy your show every day. One thing that I thought could be done on occasion is to have a non-radicalized republican on your show and prior to the show listened submit questions. You each get to choose the question to answer and both have to answer them.

@democrats.org just had a republican canvasser offer me a corvette if I register as a republican. I of course said no. It’s sad that the GOP has to offer bribes to get votes.

@petebuttigieg.bsky.social I’m curious if the latest ads the crooked president/administration has put out using taxpayer dollars is considered misuse of tax payer funds. I believe it is. If so what can of action should be taken?

@jcmccaffrey.bsky.social I’d be curious to the answer if someone questioned Rutchman have you ever caught a pitcher quite like Tolle?

@maccerullo.bsky.social Mac out of curiosity is Alex Gamboa any relation to the former White Sox first base coach who got jumped by two fans years ago? I pretty sure his last name was Gamboa.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social just watched you on NESN and was wondering after if/when the Sox clinch a spot if they will give Bello a chance to start before the end of the season.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social I don’t know if it’s worth asking post game but I’m curious why the ump called a pitch clock offense on Guerrero with 2 seconds on the clock.

@jcmccaffrey.bsky.social Jen I’m curious what happens when injured players return? I read U along with the Globe & Herald & I don’t think I’ve seen this talked about. I hate to see the chemistry messed with. Especially Monasterio at SS & Seigler/Sogard at 2B. Decisions ahead for Breslow and Tracy.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social from your views did you see Antonacci throw his elbow into Contreras. Replay showed it was obvious.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete is Jose Suarez related to Ranger? I didn’t think much of it till I noticed Jose is also left handed.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete, while watching the HR Derby I’ve been looking at rosters. I’m sure it would cost a lot but I’m wondering if they’d have a shot at getting Langeliers from the A’s? If not maybe Neto from the Angels? Just curious!

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete did I hear they have Bello pitching in Tolle’s spot on Saturday?

@reblavoie.bsky.social since I had retired I have not been on the road to listen to podcasts. I have a 2 1/2 ride to Wells, Me so I thought I’d listen to “You can’t make this up”. I was surprised to see nothing since I think April 22nd. Has that podcast come to an end?

@petebuttigieg.bsky.social question for you sir. Who is going to be this generations FDR?

@maccerullo.bsky.social Mac how is your son doing?

@espnpr.bsky.social your coverage of the PGA isn’t bad but do need to work on some of the camera angles.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social I see comments about how Breslow should trade Durbin. His BA is tough to swallow but I don’t know if I want to get rid of that defense.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social I was surprised the Sox didn’t challenge the call on Durbin’s catch as it looked legit unless you are not allowed to push on the netting to make a catch?

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete, I was listen to the radio this morning and one of them mention there may have been a rift between Cora and Anthony because of how Mayer was being used. Had you heard such a thing?

@espn.com what is wrong with your broadcasting crew. Mayer hits a nice shot down the left field line and Vilade makes a nice running/sliding catch and your crew essentially ho-hums it so they could just keep talking to each other.

@9to5mac.com I’m wondering if you can help me out with my health app. I’m going to have a decrease in exercise minutes due to knee replacement surgery. Is there a way to notate that on the app?

@pganews.bsky.social it’s too bad the PGA doesn’t have the spine to suspend players like Macintyre and Garcia for their actions at the Masters. I know Garcia is on the LIV tour but he can be suspended from the majors.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete am I mistaken thinking the two errors charged to Mayer are wrongly charged to him? Last night maybe but the one when Bello tried to cut it off should no way be on Mayer.

@bsky.app I’m having an issues with photos on your app. I was on the balls and strikes account looking at umpire stats and every time I close the picture it takes me back to the top then I need to scroll down to see where I left off. It happens on other accounts as well. Can this be fixed?

@bsky.app I’ve never been in this for followers as I just like to get sports updates. My profile says I have 50 followers but I only see 8. Why is that?

@jenpsaki.bsky.social Jen I listen or watch your show nearly everyday. I am curious if you’ve ever talked about what I see as President Orange grand plan. I think he wants the protest & more of them and he is probably hoping they escalate so he can claim martial law to create chaos at the midterms.

@gabbyherzig.bsky.social 2/2 I think it would be a fantastic event and would show more PGA viewers how good the women are. You could even do it Ryder cup style with golf manufacturers being the opponents. I also think it should be mandatory the top golfers participate.

@gabbyherzig.bsky.social Happy New Year Gabby, I was watching the TGL last night and heard them mention next year their will be a WTGL which is fantastic for the LPGA. I will the commissioners of the PGA and LPGA would get together and promote a co-tournament maybe consisting of alternate shot. 1/2

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Happy New Year Pete, hope you had a great holiday season and enjoy the downtime. Also, thank you for taking the time to answer my sometimes off the radar questions. Hopefully it can be a fun and exciting year watching the Red Sox.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete if their was a twitter type app that allowed only sports talk would you jump on that? The early days of twitter was so fun especially at trade deadline and winter meetings. I like BlueSky but it just doesn’t have the same activity.

@theathletic.com I think it would be great if The Atheletic developed their own twitter type app and made it sports talk only and strictly adhered to that policy. Twitter is too volatile at times and as much as I like BlueSky it just isn’t as active as twitter.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete I’ve read a few rumors about Skubal stating why give up the farm for a possible one year acquisition. I know I would not but unless my memory has totally failed me didn’t teams used to or try to do a sign and trade before giving up the farm?

@katiejwoo.bsky.social 2/2 I don’t know if you’ve had much interaction with Mookie Betts but as a Red Sox fan I still can’t stand that he’s not on my favorite team. He’s a great person and probably the only person to win an MVP and bowl a perfect game. Best wishes on your new post.

@katiejwoo.bsky.social Hello Miss Katie, I just read your farewell piece to St Louis. I originally signed up for this type of medium years ago to follow sports writers from all different sports and teams. I’m not sure if their is a Dodgers writer on Bluesky but if not I have one now. 1/2

@petebuttigieg.bsky.social this needs to be fixed. From 2023 to 2025 a $30 increase is irresponsible of this government. This is a complete failure of both parties.

@netflix.com I’ve enjoyed the sports documentaries you put out regardless of the sport. Full Swing and Receivers have been my favorite. I’d love to see one featuring hockey Goalies.

@keithlaw.bsky.social a few years ago I bought Smart Baseball and started reading and never got to finish. Today I started from the intro and now have a question. Most websites still show league leader stats based as Ave, HR’s, and RBI’s and probably should be updated. What stats would you use?

@petebuttigieg.bsky.social I’m curious if I’m in the minority thinking we will not have midterm elections? I see this administration enacting martial law to cancel midterms. Are Democrats preparing for this? If not that then I see this administrations cronies confiscating ballots in blue states.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete just curious your thought on Mayer long term. The Kid seems to be an excellent fielder and hopefully hitting will improve. To me the issue would be injuries. If I recall every year of pro ball he’s dealt with an injury.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Hey Pete just wanted to take a moment and Thank You for Red Sox updates throughout the season. Looking forward to updates during offseason.

@redsox.com your NESN crew got the Trout home run story wrong. Everything I read say the fan who caught the ball only asked to play catch. They gifted him the bats.

@golfmonthly.com read the article “if I was in charge of the rules of golf”. Pace of Play penalties would be interesting if the PGA had the intestinal fortitude to penalize substantial fedex points and OWGR points for slow play. I think those penalties will hurt more than strokes or monetary fines.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete I was reading Jayson Starks piece on expansion and a 156 game schedule. I realize it would be a few years out but I’m curious if the season would start later, end earlier, or longer all star break. I’m thinking a longer all star break would benefit players.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social I see they brought in Hicks. That’s a sign for let’s move on to tomorrow’s game.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete has their been an update on Mayers wrist since his injection?

@joelsherman.bsky.social watching the trade deadline news on mlb network but some of these faces I don’t recognize. It would be nice if your network would have the names on the screen. I have no idea whom Steve Phillips was talking with.

@keithlaw.bsky.social Keith just curious on what you might be hearing on Jarren Duran? I don’t want this kid traded unless they are getting the 1971 Orioles pitching staff in return.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete with all the trade talk one thing I haven’t read or heard is maybe a backup catcher? Wong was so good last year but this year not so much.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Pete what is your best guess when Bregman returns who is sent down, DFA’d or put on IL. I’m guessing Hamilton. I like the kid despite his lack of offense but I think you keep Eaton over Hamilton.

@peteabeglobe.bsky.social Good Afternoon Pete, Just curious if there has ever been discussion of having Rafaela lead off over Duran? From what I read I wonder if Jarren puts too much pressure on himself. I realize Jarren is hitting better with a six game streak. Just a thought.
