Orvis and Patagonia have signed on. Sent an email to Simms suggesting they sign on as well. All Fly Fishing companies should saveusfs.org

First saltwater fly fishing trip, Belize. Missed out on a tarpon despite plenty of opportunities. Already planning to return in June.

How many times did Biden shit himself in public? Trump‘s done it at least twice.

You see the coolest things driving backroads looking for a fishing spot, in every country

Bought a new chest pack. Everything, including the fly box is removable and replaceable via Velcro

Little, but pretty Brookie

Pretty little Fall Rainbow

Smallmouth on the fly

Just finished tying my first Fall nymph box. Now to start the next one.

I lose fishing nets like it was my job. So, I refuse to over spend on a net. These two came from Bed, Bath, and Beyond, less than $100 for both, delivered

My birthday was last week. My friend gave me this, all tied himself. I think it’s awesome

I find car chases in action movies tedious, and fast forward through them whenever possible.

In a nutshell.

Received a tariff bill in the mail. Sent it to the US Treasury with a note: The President and his advisors have stated repeatedly that tariffs are not a tax on Americans. So, you can collect this tariff from someone else. No one will read it, but I sure as hell didn’t pay it

WATCH: “I’m running for Congress in East Tennessee against a guy whose takes… they’re… I’ll just show you. 😬Please help me beat this guy.” Michaela Barnett shows a few of @RepTimBurchett’s greatest hits 🤦🏻‍♂️ as she runs against him. Her site: www.MichaelaForTennessee.com

Disney raising prices. Fuck ‘em, not signing back up. www.thestreet.com/entertainmen...

Look, it’s Heroin and Adderall ganging up on Tylenol.

Charlie Kirk was a hateful bigot who made people mad for a living, one of them happened to be nuts. Now, back to Epstein!!!!

Canceled my Marvel Unlimited subscription on my ipad. I’ve also stopped watching all the videos on youtube about upcoming Marvel movies. No reason to get excited for Avengers Doomsday, if I don’t plan to see it anymore.

First Saturday after canceling ESPN, and I’ve suffered no ill effects. Fuck Disney

Late night hosts criticizing the president isn’t new. Having a thin-skinned dictator wannabe who can’t take it is.

'I think Kimmel is the beginning': Senators react to ABC's decision to pull Jimmy Kimmel off air

From the House of Mouse itself How to cancel Disney+ Select Account. Select your Disney+ subscription under Subscription. Select Cancel Subscription. You will be prompted to share your reason for cancelling

Oh okay, Charlie Kirk got shot and killed. Meh. Dying does not erase your past behavior and make you a good person. Same goes for when the obituary we are all waiting for drops.

Not really sure what's going on, but I also canceled my ESPN Plus account on my Daughter's recommendation. This keeps up and I'll attain Luddite status soon. Honestly, less time on the phone, pad, computer, or TV sounds good to me.

Back on my home streams in the southeast. Nice little Brownie from yesterday

Avoiding the news like it’s fucking Ebola since I left 5 weeks ago on my Canadian fishing trip, And refuse to re-engage now that I’m back. My daughter canceled our Disney/Hulu account. No idea why, but I trust her, and won’t miss it.

Bourbon and Beyond summary. This was my first multi-day music festival and I had fun, but it will also be my last. I’m just not willing to sit in 90 degree heat with no clouds or shade to listen to anyone.

Bourbon and Beyond thoughts. Pat Benatar can still belt them out, she was very good. 502s are the most fun band I’ve seen in a long time, and they sounded great. Colbie Caillat is just phenomenal

Completely different setup compared to the 3 week fishing trip. Saw the Lumineers, Collective Soul, and Pat Benatar last night.

Headed to Bourbon and Beyond, my first time camping at a music festival. Listening to the festival playlist, and I had a thought. Would like to here Pat Benatar cover Bon Jovi’s ‘you give love a bad name’ and he could cover her ‘hit me with your best shot’ Any artists you’d like to see swap songs

The camping and fishing is finished. Now, a 36 hour drive from Kerkeslin Campground in Jasper NP back home to the southeast.

Bow River Brown

Caught my first pike. Son and I caught about 20 of these today on the fly

And here is camp in Banff

Picked the wife up in Calgary and headed to our campground in Banff. She caught her first cutthroat

I’m on the 2nd leg of my 24 day camping fishing trip to Banff and Jasper NPs. Currently in Whitefish, MT doing laundry. North Fork Flathead River, small cutty, and sloppy Joes by campfire.

One week from today I head out for a 24 day camping and fishing trip. Three days in the driftless in Wisconsin, 5 days in Glacier National, cross the border then two weeks in Banff and Jasper NPs

My favorite fly box, currently

If you have never tried furled leaders, I highly recommend them. Been using theses for years, don’t even bother with tapered leaders anymore.

Caught a couple dozen of these yesterday. These guys are fun to catch on a 2 weight rig

I fucking love being GREAT again

Little girl returns to school after getting a prosthesis . What wonderful friends she has 🥹🥹🥹

These are the two best photos I’ve taken while fishing the last few years

Titty baby!

I’ve heard similar bsky.app/profile/prez...

Small stream we found exploring. Caught a few rainbows and browns

Here was camp. East Fork campground near Pagosa springs.

Couple of shots from a small stream Northish of Durango.
