Pre-emptive Happy New Year to everyone. In 2025, I did something I thought impossible - I took control of my weight. The picture on the left was taken in Dec '24. I was 20 stone. The pic on the right was taken yesterday, where I weigh 14 stone. 6 stone lost. I am so happy.

Holy shit. I did it. I set out to be 15 stone 10, 40 inches on the waist. 15 Stone 10 is 100KG 40 inches on waist is 25% body fat. I started at 19 stone 12 (125KG) and 58 inches (45% body fat.) I hit both today. Holy. Fucking. Shit.

I'm pretty damn happy. On Jan 5th, I started a weight loss journey. Today, seven weeks later, I have officially lost one stone - the most weight I've ever lost. A long way to go, but it's progress.
