Anybody else feel like some of their symptoms slip through the cracks? I have a PCP and a Neuro, it still feels like we’ve not had time to discuss certain areas and they’ve been kinda missed and I hope they got covered at our next appointment in a few months #MultipleSclerosis #ChronicIllness

Had to collapse into bed after two hard MS days. Slept longer than expected but fell asleep feeling punched Woke up and couldn't make dinner from the pain in my joints, fog in my thought and no gyros. Cooked microwave plate that I couldn't even eat ... #MultipleSclerosis

Music Fans Over the last few weeks I've posted several AI created music videos. It seems especially a big thing in Viking Metal these days. However, it undercuts serious musicians and gets repetitive and mechanical. I'd advise against it and I will avoid it hereafter. I know some good Norse music

Guys with Chronic Disease (Stupid and embarrassing, but silly ) Have you ever had enough energy to stumble to the bathroom, but then not enough energy to actually stay standing to do “business”? This has been an occurrence several times on my “Without Spoons Wednesday”, so I was curious
