Just spent the past hour or so creating an AI agent to automate Exchange Online. I’ve cleverly called it “Exchange Online Service Agent” (wow so creative). But it should allow automation of most Exchange Online tasks, shared mailbox setup, managed by group policy, without engineer involvement

Trying to automate as many low hanging fruit tasks as possible so time can be spent on actual issues rather than L1 engineer stuff. So far so good I would say, except it’s now 2:30am bc I wanted to finish it 🫩
