Switching from listening to algorithmic prepared playlists to me manually choosing what to listen to next, is probably the best decision I’ve made since music moved from physical media. Everyday I’m realizing more and more predictive algorithms are just naturally terrible.

#pixel_dailies - #iceberg I tried to not over think this one. I googled images of icebergs and I saw the image used in all those “iceberg videos”. Oh yeah I totally forgot about the YT trend when everyone was making 10 hour iceberg videos on the most niche topics ever.

#pixel_dailies - #bowser For this one I tried the sculpting method. I put a reference image of bowser and chipped away at it. Once I had an abstract image I filled in pixels to make it look a little better. You can kind of make out a bowser if you see it from a distance.

#pixel_dailies - #Chocobo Did this yesterday, struggled a bit, & forgot to post it: I did not play much of #finalfantasy. I probably played more FF Tactics or Crystal Chronicles than any mainline. I never made it far enough to even interact with any Chocobo… I really need to play through one.

Currently reading The Phoenix Project. About 10 chapters & I feeling like the consultancy group *cough*, I mean “author”, has a specific take on the ideal IT person. He drives 5 mph above the speed limit, hates audits, and sees the CEO as enlightened. We’ll see where this goes by the end.

Finally finished migrating Apple Notes to LogSeq. This is such a good tool it’s too bad the default theme is a horrendous color. Forced me to get comfortable editing the CSS.
