One thing I did not expect while prepping Pegasus Galaxy for real players: I built AI agents that can play it, and they immediately burned tokens ;). Agents as adversarial testers for your own game is a weirdly effective way to find the holes. Would you trust AI players to balance-test your game?

Build-in-public reality for Pegasus Galaxy this week: I've been deep in the systems around the game, not the game itself. The unglamorous truth of launching a game: the game logic was the easy part. Setting up things around it and creating a community is difficult. Anyone who's shipped

I enjoy installing the latest software, but #Kiro now ships multiple times a week for the #KiroIDE. Each update costs 2-3 minutes, and I have to check no agents are mid-task first. Maybe I should move more to #KiroWeb? How do you solve that?

Pegasus Galaxy is getting close to something I've been building toward for a long time: the first real round, with real players, not just me testing against myself.

Browser and mobile conqueror game, serverless backend, built mostly with Kiro. Turns out "make it work" and "make it fun with strangers in it" are very different problems. Want in on the first round? pegasus-galaxy.net

Conference season is loading. Two talks at CLC Mannheim next month, then a Code Talk at re:Invent. Platform engineering, LLM cost reality, and onboarding a service live on stage. Which should I post most about while I prep?

Now live at the AWS User Group Mannheim: Armin speaking about EKS Auto Mode after I gave an overview on the #AWSCommunity programs 🥳 Having fun and great pizza 🍕 #awsmannheim #awscommunitybuilders #awsheroes

Looking ahead: these two weeks were how I build (KiroCrew) and how I ship (two CI/CD shapes). Next, based on your replies: multi-account pipelines, a proper battle-test of KiroCrew, and finally fixing my promotion model to package-once-promote-many. #BuildInPublic #Kiro

Closing out two weeks of building in public. Honest lessons: The posts where I owned a gap got more engagement than any polished win. "Harness > model" struck a nerve. And almost everyone admitted to a pipeline hack they're quietly ashamed of. What should I go deeper on? #BuildInPublic #DevOps

The unglamorous parts of my pipelines are the ones I'm proudest of. A manual migration guard. A hack I'm not proud of. A promotion step I know isn't right. None of it pretty. All of it ships. What's the ugly-but-reliable hack you're secretly proud of? #BuildInPublic #DevOps
