Many of you are asking how you can help me. My only ask is this: Spread the word about the threats to democracy and how we can fight back. Tell everyone to subscribe to Democracy Docket and share its content. Thanks. bit.ly/4qmEiFz

As annoying and hypocritical and insincere and narcissistic and self-serving and performative and unintelligent as most people—of many political persuasions!—consider you to be, Meghan, we don't want you dead. Honestly. That may disappoint you, but it's true.

It was this book and the endless reruns of Perry Mason as I recovered from the serious complications of measles that inspired me to become a lawyer. #thanksatticus.

Crockett: Instead of the President cosplaying as the next pope, he may want to cosplay as an actual President of these United States. That means he may have to do a little bit of research and understand that he swore a an oath to defend and protect the constitution.

When the President of the United States says he doesn’t know if he should uphold the Constitution, it should be a searing red line for every American. If you let him ignore ANY aspect of the Constitution you embolden him to ignore more of it, including the parts that secure YOUR freedoms & rights.
