anyone know a good furry writer discord/group that is geared toward sharing feedback? Been doing a lot of writing recently and would love to get some criticism

Coworker of mine was saying “ugh, you gay guys have it SO easy dating. It’s IMPOSSIBLE for us straight guys to land a date. Women have impossibly high standards”. So he shows me his dating profile. It’s all AI generated. He even has claude run his chats. “I just don‘t know what I‘m doing wrong“

16. Once when I was in high school I ate an entire raspberry vanilla cheesecake by myself after a long day of sports. I was so hungry since I hadn't had time to eat during the day, and I paid for it the next day with the world's worst tummy ache, but it was so worth it.

17. The first furry convention I went to was Furry Migration in Minnesota back in like, 2018 I think? I was a senior in high school and convinced my older brother to drive me there. I didn't do much because I was very nervous, but got a few pictures with fursuiters and it made me so happy }://9c

12. One time in 4th grade I had an unwrapped blue Air Head in my pocket that I forgot about and then went to play outside at recess. It was really hot outside and it melted in my pocket and ruined my favorite pair of shorts 😞

13. I may or may not be deathly allergic to honeybees. My dad is, but I’ve never actually gotten stung by one yet and I haven’t gotten tested or anything. I’ve been stung by wasps, hornets, ants, etc. but never a honeybee.

8. Back when 23AndMe was a thing where you could get DNA tests to see your family history, my family got one and we found out that we’re in the top 1% for most Neanderthal DNA I get the intense urge to drag my knuckles around daily 🦍

9. My favorite simple dessert recipe: 1 bag butterscotch chips 2 sticks butter 1 bag mini marshmallows 2 cups peanut butter Melt everything but marshmallows into a pot, then turn off heat and stir in marshmallows. Transfer to glass tray and put in fridge for 24 hours to cool, then serve

6. I love running! I run 7 miles a day after I get off work, and have ran both a half and full marathon before

4. I was diagnosed with severe Asperger’s (known moreso as autism now) as a child and was completely mute until about 4 years old. Turns out I was functionally deaf due to fluid buildup in my ears. I had surgery to fix it, and after my parents said I became extremely chatty and haven’t shut up lol

5. I am both a Canadian and American citizen 🇨🇦🇺🇸! My family is from Canada, but I grew up in the US (Minnesota)

2. I played ice hockey for 15 years! I competed for team USA internationally when I was 15 on the U16 national team. I actually don’t have a memory where I did not already know how to skate 🏒

3. My fursona’s name comes from a Jolteon character in a 286k word Pokemon Mystery Dungeon fanfic I wrote in middle/high school. I learned English grammar really well from just staying up and writing/revising it until 2 AM every night, and I even got me a one-time $1000 scholarship in college for it

1. I took a 20mg edible at a furry convention in LA and genuinely believed I was hit by a car, sending perhaps the most terrifying string of messages I’ve ever sent to @zasz.bsky.social (an ambulance was called and I was extremely embarrassed)
