With the 2025 Great Big Little Penguin Count well underway, I had the opportunity to talk to the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water about my PhD research as part of their Seabirds to Seascapes project 🐧🧬 www.environment.nsw.gov.au/topics/water...

I was lucky enough to spend last week at ANU in Canberra learning about conservation and the genomics of populations from Fred Allendorf and guest speakers. Keen to now apply everything I learnt towards my own work!
