During Los Angeles “Cyclavia” I walk and bike major LA arteries. If you can Imagine Venice Blvd from the 405 being only pedestrians and kids on bikes. The feeling was incredible. The silence was a relief to my brain. People stopping and talking. That’s how life could be. Cars exhaust me.

Paramount has already taken parts of its company out of California and I would bet if they don’t get their way they will leave completely. I say good riddance. It’s going to be painful for the LA economy but that merger will be painful forever for everyone. Monopoly = Bad.

When my oldest was attending a prestigious university on a partial scholarship and financial aid/grants, every year they would call him into the office and get him to sign papers to finance the remainder. I was not allowed to be present and he had no idea what he was signing. He knows now.
