She’s off her food atm. So a charcuterie plate was devised. Cooked bacon, cheese, meat, and a treat. Rosie doesn’t have a lot of teeth left, so I thought it maybe easy for her. It was. Left the treat behind. ❤️ my elderly SCWT. She’s on pain meds and arthritis jabs.

I’m a bit excited. I’m 60 this year and have been menopausal since I was 45. 15 years of hot flushes. 5 times thru the night and the same thru the day. Sweat like a pig. Had multiple medical appts today AND NOT ONE flush!! Xing fingers and toes I’m done. I want to sleep all the night through.🤞
