When trans creators are subtle, people dismiss the trans subtext as β€œheadcanon.” When trans creators are loud and proud, people call it β€œobnoxious” and β€œcringe.” They just don’t want us to be represented in media at all. Because they don’t want us to exist at all.

It feels hard to like properly see how much I've improved at rhythm games. Sure they have all these ratings and rankings and scores. But it feels hard to see how much I've improved over a longer time other than like, looking at old recordings of gameplay or so

It also kinda feels hard to know if you're actually like, decent? Sure there are all the leaderboards but I feel like I'm forever comparing upwards. And then it feels hard to know where an actual like, average is. Because talking to people online you'll believe the average player PFCs 25s daily

Any characters I write always have a lot of inspiration from music, specific songs or albums. Enough that I will always have a part of the notes for characters be music that has inspired them in some way. That could be story arc, scenes, or just the broad character concept

trying to record audio for a thing and my bird is legit acting like she knows what's going on, because she'll be quiet as soon as I'm NOT recording. I press record and she will instantly start screaming, I don't even have time to start talking or anything
