the only hope for United is to get new owners and burn the whole place down. They will fire Carrick and it won't do a thing for them. This team is so comically bad I almost feel bad for them. (Not really; laughing too hard)

Most of my Arsenal friends won't understand, but being an Auburn fan is analogous to being an Arsenal supporter. They've been on hard times lately but yesterday was a really good day for the Tigers.

As called by Andy Burcham on Auburn radio:

My god these two teams are shit. United especially. Fans are likely to be rioting by halftime

When we win the league, it will definitely be that depth that makes the difference. Such a great response to going behind. Hoping we shake that post-international break rust off and go on a run.

Oh Pep. His career arc was only manage the biggest teams with the most resources. He was never interested in a fair fight. Absolutely no way he could do what Arteta has done at Arsenal.

Damn, that was a two-footed, studs up challenge by the Premier League. A 'just-so-we're-clear' moment if ever there was one.

well, was about to say something nice about Italy in this half, much improved, but no, I don't think I will.

An aside from all the 'city is doomed' talk: We don't talk enough about how bad Italy have become over the past 15 years.

man, the boos. These two teams are....not good. Villa have been rubbish but I had no doubt they would score first.

A cautionary tale. What Arsenal is doing with their young stars seems practical and with foresight. Let's hope so. There is a long life after football....

I knew something was up if spurs scored. Looks like Biblical floods in Liverpool now. Sad, their goal marks the end.
