I swear I’ll post finished pieces sometime, just in the sculpting phase at the moment lmao 🐲 #pottery #ceramics #sculpture #dragon #egg #handmade #art #artist #ceramicart #potterystudio

And here’s the companion to the devil! Couldn’t make a demon without an angel counterpart 😳 #pottery #ceramics #sculpture #doll #dollhead #artist #art #ceramicsculpture #clay

Darling devil, what a fun sculpt this was 💛💛 about three hours of work, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Lets hope the clay plays nice, and no cracks develop while drying 🤞 #pottery #art #artist #clay #doll #sculpure #clayart #claysculpture

Probably one of my favorite pieces from the last couple of months. I absolutely adore how the snake came out, and how the glaze ran down the pot. I was going to take this to a craft show, but I think it might just stay in my possession 🫣 #ceramics #pottery #ceramicart #sculpture #artist #snakes

And we’re back! Here’s a look at my current work in progress from today #pottery #ceramics #spider #vase #wip #sculpture #handbuilt

Potters, if you haven’t made a damp box for works in progress yet, I cannot recommend it enough! Made one with plaster and a rubbermaid before I moved, and the pieces I put in there are still damp over three months later!!! Excited to pull them out and finish them now that I’m settled

Hey Bluesky, sorry for the radio silence these past couple of months- what’s been keeping me busy? I moved!! Currently, I don’t have a space set up for ceramics, but we’re working on it… Hope to be back to posting soon 👍

A penultimate reminder that my shop reopens tomorrow (Monday December 2nd) at 4pm EST!! Preview stuff here: heywitch.bigcartel.com

Had an amazing small business Saturday. Got some Christmas shopping done, met some wonderful people, and took home some stunning works. A big appreciation post to small businesses everywhere!! 🛍️💛

Clay artists! What’s your favorite piece(s) you’ve ever made? I’d love to see them! Lets start a thread 💛 (and I can find you guys to follow 👀) I’ll start: This piece is rather old, but it holds sentimental value for me. It took over two years to finish, and helped me back into pottery. #clay

I am still working on this bat sculpture and enjoying it immensely. Starting to get into the details like fur, bone angles, and soon my favorite part, the little toes. #itsfrickenbats #bats #ceramics #sculpture

Toad update: the boy has texture #ceramics #pottery #sculpture #clay #toad #ceramicsculpture

Nothing makes me want to make a mess more than cleaning up the workspace… the joys of working with mud 🤘

Took a small ceramics break after the triceratops broke, then got busy with work and real life. Not hand building, but glad to say that I was able to sit at the wheel for the first time all year today. Hope everyone is doing well 💛 #ceramics #pottery #wheel-thrown #clay #art

Unfortunate Triceratops Update: In an effort to try and be helpful, someone loaded the kiln and fired it while I was at work yesterday. Unfortunately, the bust was included in the firing, while I was still drying it. It did not survive. So sorry to everyone following it, absolutely devastated 💔

Happy Halloween Bluesky! The start of a for your troubles- maybe they need a witches hat 🤔 #wip #ceramics #clay #pottery #sculpture #toad

Finished this winter-y horse diamond painting while I waited for my new giant DAC painting to arrive 🫣🧙🏻‍♀️🤩 I can’t wait to get started 🐈‍⬛ #diamondartclub #diamondpainting #relaxing #blackandwhite #witchesstudyroom

Predator and Prey 🐇🩸 #ceramics

Forgot to post this here but the ceramic desk buddy I made came out from the kiln, it survived the glazing process. Now I can work and have something to keep me company, lol. I adore the way the pants came out. #ceramics #ceramicart #minisculpture #deskcompanion #monkey #stonemonkey

Anyway I finished the Psycho Goreman mug. Matte clear glaze over glossy colors 🤌

Just about done…. Hopeful the kiln will be kind 🦴🦖🦕 #clay #ceramics #pottery #sculpture #Triceratops

This Friday!!

Small update on our little Clay friend! Just a little more left to do… #ceramics #clay #pottery

In addition to ceramics, I also enjoy nature photography. Here’s some shots from this year 💛🌿

Hello Bluesky! Returning from the dead after nearly a year long hiatus from ceramic art, I decided to start fresh here, on a new platform! Here’s a work in progress from today 🦖 #ceramics #pottery #handsculpted #triceratops
