Just replaced a broken LCD on this iPod. This happened when the old battery swelled up and eventually breaks the screen.

Another iPod rescued. New battery, broken HDD replaced with a 256gb SDCard. All working again.

@pointerfunction.bsky.social threading the screw post is so difficult. For the new version of the model, will need reinforcement for those posts. Also the tolerance for the press button is too tired; the buttons is not moving freely.
