Of course I catch a cold just as the weather turns hot and balmy. And yet, despite feeling like shite, I got up early, shaved my head, ironed a shirt, and got ready to go out for an appointment... which I have since found out is _next_ Tuesday.

Because I have no idea about how to be on annual leave, today I've built an app to analyse my bank statements and shower me with shame for just how much food I have delivered. So, Chinese for dinner then... oh.

I reckon I have 3 hours max of really strong work in me per day. Then I need a good nap and a few hours of recovery. How can I present this to the business as a reasonable adjustment?
