Fun fact one of the first times someone used the term jumpscare was for a review for the movie Wait Until Dark. The jump itself is actually pretty good.

I think Tenebris Somnia has the first, I dunno what to call it... anti-jumpscare? Yeah. Anti-jumpscare I've ever seen and it's awesome. Builds up an almost stereotypical jumpscare moment and then it's something beautiful and that's almost kind of worse, in context.

I was walking through Edinburgh and a confused tourist stepped in front of a local who then said "Aye, who the fook are you then?" And I just fuckin lost it guys lol

Plot armor? You mean THE STORY? You want me to kill the main character in the first chapter? That would be stupid! THAT WOULD BE CRAZY! And I know that's crazy cause... * I DID THAT* IF ANY OF YOU READ MY BOOKS

I also remember being a kid hearing that EA bought out Bioware and it never sat right for me. It always thought, "Wait a minute, buy a group of people? EA makes sports games, that can't be good." And little Joe WAS RIGHT (We got Dragon Age and Mass Effect a little after though)

I grew up playing their games. It was what got me into RPG's and world's that expanded out from the imagination. It was fun, exciting and most of all made me curious about storytelling. Literally classics that shaped how I saw what a story can be. The best run.

The writing is really good and overall it's a fun game. That's why you always hear about it. Cause at the end of the day people put this game together, and I think, the things it does well, it does GREAT.

I mean it makes sense to ME, but what I really meant was, I hope it means something to those who read it.

There is one idea that I try to bring up in my third fantasy book and its about how things 'happen' Be it fate, planned actions, or just luck. Events happen and how we deal with them, and MAN. I hope it makes sense.

I was asking people at what point do the heros feel bad about killing people... And someone said "Did Luke feel bad about killing everyone on the Death Star?" AND YOU KNOW WHAT

Why are there so many movies recently where the villain is a big horrible faceless corporation but it’s actually produced and promoted by a big horrible corporation? Weird. Do they not watch their own movies?

I think there is an interesting dynamic of a guy that is purposely killing good people in my fantasy story and the MOMENT he can switch sides he does and will actively help the good guys cause the bad guys in this scenario will just kill him.

The good guys ALSO want to kill him, but they might actually change their minds and he's ok with that. Will just totally throw out his entire belief system, cause people can be of use.
