TD Easy Web, is not easy. I tried to sign up for an account online. It said it couldn't do it, and to phone the support line. Phoned the support line and they told me I had to go to a branch. What century are they in? I'm suprised I didn't have to go to h-t-t-p-colon-forward-slash-forward-slash-...

The saga of trying to use TD Easy Web continues. Went back to the branch this morning with my SIN. Didn't need it. That was all nonsense. Got my virtual card set up. Came home to change the password. Still can't fricking log in. The time I've wasted on this "Easy Web" is insane. Literally hours.

I've had my new camera for one month today. I end this day around 70 frames shy of 20,000. It's been a busy month!

On neglect. When I called, they said wait time is 15 minutes. Been waiting for 52 minutes and still nothing... btw - office phone. cleaning it isn't my responsibility. Don't want to take work away from unionized employees. 🤷‍♂️

Had to give up yesterday. Tried again today. Got the same BS about a 15 minute wait time. I've been holding for 1 hr 14 minutes. Starting to think that this customer service line doesn't actually exist.

The city must have got a discount on signage for their little roundabout project at AHD, PCR, Majors Path. The third pic is a bit disturbing - single file bikes and cars... for a footpath.

In case you've been dying to try it because you love Cadbury chocolate and Biscoff cookies, but haven't been able to get your hands on a bar its... meh.

Canada Post should change occupation. How fricking bad are they at delivering stuff? On the wrong delivery truck two days in a row. Wouldn't mind if it were an isolated incident. Seems like every other thing they deliver is royally messed up.

Had a muskrat fall into our basement window well today. Made a ramp so that it could get out. Hoping it found the courage to climb out by the morning. I feel I need to make a joke about Muskrat Falls, but nothing is coming up.

I was gifted this beautiful piece of Padauk, so I made a thing with it. The grain and colour is wonderful, and the shavings look like bacon bits! Still a bit of sanding to do, then figure out what to use to protect it.

Almost ready to call it... I don't think Jilly has a brain tumour. She's doing absolutely fantastic. She's been off the steroids for 11 days now. She has all her energy back, almost no head tilt and no stumbling whatsoever. She's up and down the stairs no problem and has a big interest in life.

Jilly has been off the steroids for about 36 hours and has returned to her old self. Hoping we can keep her off them, because that was no quality of life for my poor little girly. I'll take a month of her like this over six months of her as she was on the steroids.

Jill isn't responding well to steroids, so I called the vet this morning. Big old misunderstanding on the call back when they suggested I take her in to be euthanized. Not what I was asking an opinion on at all. I just wanted to know how to get her off the steroids to see how she'd do without...

Doggo was back to the vet today. Not good news. At this point its almost certainly a brain lesion. Steroids to hopefully give her quality of life for a bit longer. Although she has been sick for a month or so, I wasn't expecting this. Gonna be lots of Jilly pics for a while. Starting with my fave.

I have a t-shirt that has a positive vibe that includes the word TEAM. During a conversation with my assoc. dir. on Friday, I determined from that point, I was wearing the t-shirt ironically, and in fact later decided I couldn't even do that, and changed while I was home for lunch. I work with 24...

...other people in a service department, and we have only internal clients (ie, other departments). I am in a unique job, though not a unique classification, but out of the 25 of us, I am the only person who has to bill for my service. After huge cuts in budgets across the org, they have asked me...

...to propose new increased rates and ensure they encompass all we do for my service including billing! Seems like a death knell to me. I wish they'd just end the fucking pain so I can move on somewhere else.

After several nights of stake-outs and investigative work, I finally found and eradicated a wasps nest under my front step. I went in to tell my wife that I am the wasp whisperer, but in my excitement, it came out as wasperer, and I'm keeping it.

Just biked home (yeah only the second time ever… you didn’t miss my multitude of biking home posts). It’s 22C out, feels like 75C. Took me 5 or so minutes more than the first time. No shade meant even traffic light stops were brutal.
