Vertical AI is likely bigger than general-purpose AI! The enterprise value is increasingly coming from: proprietary data workflows integrations domain expertise & not from the model itself. This aligns with what we are seeing in healthcare, fintech, legal tech, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS.

Personal wound - bittersweet relation with worklfows that I tolerated lol The question was never: "Can AI do this?" The question was will always be: "Should this process exist in its current form at all?" AI reveals broken workflows that humans learned to tolerate.

PM’s and my women allies- A career breakthrough usually isn't a new skill. It's realizing your expertise is already valuable enough to take up space.

Women are often told to be more confident. Rarely are they taught how budgets get approved, priorities get funded, and influence gets built. That's where careers accelerate.

Early in my career, I thought visibility meant speaking more. Nope! I learned: Visibility comes from influencing decisions, not dominating conversations. So next time, just listen for the first half, think and then act. you will be surprised.

My fav this Saturday- The higher you go in leadership, the less your job is making decisions. The more your job is creating conditions for good decisions to happen repeatedly.

Many AI roadmaps are just feature wishlists with machine learning attached. Repeat with me- Customers don't buy AI. They buy faster outcomes, lower costs, and fewer headaches.

AI PM isn't becoming more technical. It's becoming more accountable. When everyone can prototype, the differentiator becomes judgment, prioritization, and measurable business outcomes. Agree?

The biggest AI shift of 2026 is not the model intelligence. It is moving from "Ask AI" to "Delegate to AI." That is a fundamentally different product design challenge, you see!

PM's what's fascinating?? Despite all the fear, PM hiring itself has gone up entirely. Some reports even show remote PM roles are rebounding strongly in May 2026, especially senior and IC roles. The issue isn’t: Are PM jobs dead? The real question becoming: What kind of PM survives the AI era?

The future PM probably looks closer to: systems thinker experiment runner AI workflow designer than traditional roadmap owner. The role isn’t dead. But it IS evolving fast.

Most PMs aren’t scared of AI. They’re scared of becoming replaceable.
