First version of a tool I made to use geometry nodes to make leaf spray cards and trees and then export them with vertex weights to Godot so you can use a shader to add some wind. It actually looks decent even without realistic materials. #blender3d #godot #gamedev

It's more important than ever to make weird stuff just because it make you laugh. Used Godot to make a super lightweight PNGTuber/VTuber app. Set up your character parts in Blender & it exports a .json that the app can load. I kept the controls super simple. #gamedev #godot

I'll upload it somewhere once i clean it up. Useful if you want to record vids w/o being on screen.

Fixed the abandoned Tesselate Image Plane addon for Blender by bundling the OpenCV and Triangle libraries in wheels. Useful for cutout animation! I split up ol' Dwight here in Krita so head, blink, mouth etc are separate meshes that line up perfectly. #blender3d #gamedev

I do like the idea of the x-ray shader on interactables and missing objects but i think it needs some work. (This build was just to get the core loop done so the game is playable all the way through.) #gamedev

#Blender to #Godot SPLAT MAP tool I'm working on. Loads PBRs, calculates slope data, mixes materials using height maps, lets you paint paths, and exports with a shader to Godot. #gamedev

A little addon inspired by photoscans to Rough Up models so they're more natural looking. It basically remeshes and bakes and you can target your mesh density. #gamedev #blender3d

The core loop for my first game is done! One objective, some things to gather, guards to avoid, & a victory condition. Now I just need to make it pretty! You play as a French Resistance fighter trying to send a radio signal. The guards are actually turned off because its too hard! #gamedev #godot

Making a small robot for a vtuber avatar my YouTube stuff. 50% Robo-Toriyama, 50% British Tommy. Plannign to get modeling done tomorrow and rigging on Tuesday. #gamedev #blender3d

In @nytopinion.nytimes.com The Democratic Socialists of America are still a small political group. But as economic inequality keeps burning, members are attracting interest and getting elected to office. Now activists are dealing with the opportunities and tensions of the moment, writes Mara Gay.
