So, I saw the oncologist yesterday. Confirmed the cancer is back, but it's Stage 2, level 1 aggression. Has grown very little over the last 6 months. Could be years before I need treatment with a bit of luck. Next round shouldn't be so rough, now they know the side dishes I can't deal with.

So, the news is in. The cancer is back and is just a little worse than in March. Will be 2 weeks before I get to see the doctor, but the report is readable for a lay person. My guess is it's going to be a waiting game.

This smoke sucks......wearing a mask to work outside yet, but my eyes are gritty.....and it's no help to Peachy with his breathing issues.....can't imagine how bad it must be for the Canadians and all those closer to the fire.

Lost my kitty Cecil today quite suddenly. He was a rescue, a friend asked me to take him in when she was told she didn't have long to live. Poor guy was seriously overweight and limping. Tried to get him to a healthy weight and got his arthritis under control, but something went wrong. RIP Cecil.

Amid all this fun stuff, I found out Wed night my cancer has recurred. I didn't light up like a Christmas tree, but there are a few bulbs on. Waiting for dr to tell me next steps. Fortunately, early catch.

SO Europe wants to support Ukraine? Didn't that just get a little tougher, with their southern flank under attack? 57 has killed several birds with one stone. Papers aren't focused on Epstein, Sunni donors are happy, as is his master, Putin.......

Charlie Kirk's public persona was a greedy stinker. He said things that were damaging to the country. So someone has now made a martyr of him as a solution. Really bad move. All it will do is empower that crowd, and the unintended consequences are almost unimaginable. The exact wrong thing to do.

Sorry, whoever does not like it, but when someone has a hit list of political figures, all of one party, and then goes out to kill them, that's assassination. Like it, don't like it, that's what it is, and media ought not to minimize that.
