So...did everyone have fun at yesterday's WHITE CHRISTMAS extravaganza at the Mariemont? If you missed it, I hear there are a handful (and I mean handful) of tickets left at Kenwood's Sunday shows. Grab them while you can at: www.kenwoodtheatre.com/movie/white-...

Yikes! Didn't have my coffee this morning and didn't check DIE HARD times. Die Hard is at 12:40 and Die Hard 2 is at 3:40 today- times in my previous post were from yesterday. So sorry! #Cincinnati

Yippee-ki-yay!!! Are the DIE HARD films Christmas movies? Debate this issue with family and friends after you've seen both movies on the big screen today at the Mariemont. DIE HARD starts at 4 and DIE HARD 2 @ 7. #Cincinnati. www.mariemonttheatre.com/movie/die-ha...

Dear Mariemont regulars (especially those of you who don't like to travel over to the Esquire)- if you enjoy Downton Abbey or Upstairs Downstairs and love British humor, please visit the Esquire to see this film. It would have played beautifully against Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale! #Cincinnati

#Cincinnati, if you want to make noise and feel chills in December, Outer Cinema & @mariemonttheatre.com present Brian Gibson's rock drama BREAKING GLASS on the 10th. I think this may be the first Cincy screening since it briefly played the late great The Movies repertory cinema on Race St. in '81!

Ugh. I have a lot to do that involves running around on a chilly, wet day. Know what I'd rather do? Sit in a nice movie theater with warm, buttery popcorn watching BLUE MOON (with a great cast!) before it leaves Thursday. You can too, for only $5 all day today! #Cincinnati youtu.be/qo7gRHip0lI?...

When any theater closes, even a competitor, it hurts all of us because we love movies and want to share them with our respective communities. We want everyone to share in the magic of cinema, so please bring any closed #Cincinnati theatre gift cards & exchange for passes to our theaters.

On the heels of the Louvre heist...timing is everything! THE MASTERMIND opens today at the Mariemont Theatre. #Cincinnati

As a small showing of our sincere appreciation for our federal workers, our theaters will be providing them with a Buy One, Get One ticket offer. People affected by the shutdown who present their federal employee ID at our box office will receive the offer. Certain restrictions apply. #Cincinnati

If having a neighborhood theater is important to you, please come in today and support us. Every gift card, mega bag of popcorn, or ShopEsquire sale helps to keep the doors open, even if you can't watch a movie. Imagine Mariemont Square without the twinkling lights & smell of popcorn... #Cincinnati

It’s remarkable to realize Diane Keaton created a signature look and sensibility back in the 1970s and for about half a century continued to be a creative inspiration for how to be yourself in a world that tries so hard to put you in a box. Well done, Diane Keaton. RIP.

Hey Mariemont! Our tickets to White Christmas are now available- get them before they sell out. Three shows on Sunday, December 14 at 1, 4, & 7 pm. #Cincinnati www.mariemonttheatre.com/movie/white-...

Looking forward to Condon's KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN? Opens tomorrow! #Cincinnati youtu.be/XoSNPc03sh4?...

Good news is we're not losing any films this week, and we're gaining Bill Condon's KISS OF THE SPIDER WOMAN. Bill Condon knows movie adaptations of Broadway musicals (Chicago, Dreamgirls), so be assured that the Kander/Ebb piece is in good hands. Opens Thursday. #Cincinnati

Hi David! Did you know that movies at the locally owned Esquire & Mariemont are only $5 on Tuesdays- all day, all shows, and matinees the rest of the week are only $7.75? Want a reclining seat? Sister Kenwood Theatre's Tuesday tickets are $7, and matinees are only $9. #Cincinnati #SaveYourMoney

Nearly every Cincinnati neighborhood had a theater at one point that one could walk to. Now, it's pretty much only Mariemont & Gaslight Clifton. Please support your remaining neighborhood theaters. Follow us on socials, come see a movie,& treat yourself to our famous popcorn! You won't regret it!

We're losing Tinā & Bau: Artist at War this week. We open THE SUMMER BOOK starring Glenn Close and ANEMONE, starring Daniel Day-Lewis. It's a family affair because Ronan Day-Lewis, Daniel's son, directs. Our Pixar film this Saturday @ 10 (standard) & 10:15 (sensory) is Monsters, Inc. #Cincinnati

We read this news with such a heavy heart. TT's wit, kindness, and insight will be sorely missed. Our thoughts are with Jessica, Mic, and Lily.

I'm crying for two reasons...#1 reason is that I typo'd the movie TINĀ. #2 reason is that I saw it today and it brought all the feels since I'm a former choirister. #Cincinnati

Tears can be cathartic, so it's catharsis week at the Mariemont! We open 3 new films today: the always incredible June Squibb stars in ELEANOR THE GREAT, Emile Hirsch portrays artist Joseph Bau in BAU: ARTIST AT WAR, and your heart will sing along with MINĀ. Don't forget your Kleenex, #Cincinnati!

I've been fortunate enough to see both these groups perform (the Cincinnati Boychoir actually performed at the Mariemont Theatre a couple of years ago), and they were INCREDIBLE. They can use all the support we can give as arts funding gets slashed. #SupportTheArts

Based on a true story, see why Tinā (www.mariemonttheatre.com/movie/tina) broke box office records in its native New Zealand. Please consider supporting #Cincinnati 's own children's choruses, like the Cincinnati Youth Choirs (www.cincinnatichoir.org) & Cincinnati BoyChoir (cincinnatiboychoir.org).

Looks like we are losing The Senior and Waltzing with Brando this week. I made an error with The Summer Book. It will NOT be joining us this week...instead, we are thrilled to bring New Zealand film Tinā. Apologies for the mixup! #Cincinnati

Bring a little bit of the Downton magic home. Various licensed and Downton Abbey-inspired products from ShopEsquire available at the Mariemont Theatre! #Cincinnati #DowntonAbbey

Not sure what's leaving this week, but we'll welcome 3 new films: Eleanor the Great (starring the great June Squibb & directed by Scarlett Johansson), Bau: Artist at War, and Summer Book with Glenn Close. We welcome Wisenheimers Live! this Wednesday at 7:30 as they take on LETHAL WEAPON. #Cincinnati
