Great news on FOIA front! Today I received response from Defense Dept to request submitted in 1999 (yes, 27 years ago) on US bombing of Chinese Embassy in Yugoslavia. To be fair, I guess, DoD only had request since 2010. They released public SECDEF statement. Amazing.

Not what the decision states. In fact, Court made clear conduct that amounted to fraud would not receive First Amendment protection to gather or publish. That is why our lawsuits, which allege tortious conduct, against O'Keefe & his operatives, will continue.
