I am excited to be awarded fifth place in the Photographer of the Year category of this year’s Natural Landscape Photo Awards with this portfolio of images. It is a great honor to be recognized among such amazing and inspiring landscape photographers! @natural-landscapes.bsky.social

This month’s page in the Brighton calendar is the West Pier captured with lightning, which felt like a good excuse to share some of the shots I’ve taken of this location.

Northumberland serendipity. On a wave washed platform there are many scattered pebbles. For me there would be no joy at all in finding one and placing it. However there is huge pleasure in finding a pebble that already sits well where it has stopped. #capturewithconfidence #kingjoy #nikon

Here we go with a first photo from my 2026 season in Greenland. It’s the same iceberg as the video I posted a week ago if you wanna look 😉, but this shot was captured with my handheld camera, not with the drone. Probably my favorite iceberg ever so far! #photography #landscape #greenland #nature 🌿

Patagonia's iconic mountains usually take the limelight, but they are surrounded by endless, stunning alpine ranges. A forgotten, majestic peak, covered in fresh snow, glows red in the first light of day. #100%human #bluesky #photography #landscape #nature #landscapephotography #naturephotography

Quiet foggy morning by the Charles Bridge in Prague.

Photographed last winter, the mix of a recent rainstorm and beautifully diffused light allowed the colors of this small patch of tafoni to take center stage.

I am excited to share my new curated list and starter pack of inspiring nature photographers currently active on Bluesky: go.bsky.app/N37oYKG I hope you enjoy! #100%human #bluesky #photography #starterpack #nature #naturephotography #landscape #landscapephotography

Autumn by the river

We drove to the most northerly tip of an archipelago west of Bergen last week, crossing 12 islands en route and at the end of the road at a place called Rubbegarnståna på Hellesøy, was a puddle by the sea, filled with delightful grasses. #fsprintmonday #sharemondays2026 #photography #photographers
