We must do more to help people break addictions and support them with their mental health challenges. Haven't worked and help people in this situation, I appreciate how many want to change and how hard it is to get help to achieve this.

Immigration has become a divisive subject. But we do need to reduce immigration in order to improve opportunities for our young adults and the unemployed. People coming by boats are small part of the problem, albeit a very visual one, skilled worker visa abuse is a big issue.

An MP should meet the people of their constituency regularly. How else can they expect to understand local problems and challenges or what the people would like them to represent in Parliament? Weekly surgeries are the answer, and this should be required by all MPs nationwide.

Clacton, as a seaside town, cope with coastal erosion constantly. This is a major issue that an MP for Clacton should work on and support the council in fundraising to ensure coastal defenses our maintained and improved.

Clacton does look a bit worn out. A regeneration program good help to attract new businesses and the increase employment opportunities as well as encouraging more tourism through the year.

This is easily the biggest issue that people in Clacton mentioned to me. Infrequent buses, difficulty get into the hospital in Colchester and expensive taxis. I want to look at the solutions to these issues and we'll work with the council if elected.

Are teenagers and young adults meet better opportunities and training in order to get to work and to be part of the solution rather than being berated on media and TV. We need to stop the zero hour contracts, and black market employment, and encourage companies to give experience opportunities.

I would like to work with the police, cancel, rehab services, and the root cause of a lot of crime in order to reduce crime overall. Also creating youth opportunities and services will help and sometimes boredom is truly a factor.

We have a major housing issue across the UK, including Clacton. Over 2000 people on the waiting list for social housing and many more cannot afford even the so-called affordable housing. We need to ring fence and safeguard homes for people born and raised locally.

As I'm running for the first time to be the MP for Clacton. My first focus will be on HealthCare, Care and Disability Support. I think this is important as everybody knows somebody who's elderly or disabled, especially in Clacton as it has the most elderly population in Western Europe.
