(Betty) It's 4 years today since lovely Red Fred left us to join his best friend E.T. 🌈 Red Fred was E.T.'s carer and was always by her side, helping her to walk. He must have beendevastated when she died and only a month later he joined her. 🌈 Rest in Peace sweet boy, you'll never be forgotten.

Today, I laid a wreath in Hyde Park to honour the 52 innocent people killed on 7 July 2005. We honour those injured, the families who carry the loss, and the heroic emergency responders who ran towards danger that day. London remembers. You will never be forgotten.

A box is not just cardboard, it’s comfort, peace and dreams. A tiny ginger kingdom far greater than it seems. No matter how expensive the fancy things may be… Give me one good cardboard box and that’s true luxury. A throne for sleepy whiskers, Which fits me perfectly.

Sir David Attenborough… on your 100th birthday, we thank you. For a lifetime dedicated to the natural world, and for sharing its story with such grace and wonder. Generations have fallen in love with nature because of you. Happy birthday, Sir. 🎉

I am not a Wednesday fan but they are a famous old club and their fans deserved better. Wish them all the best (except when they meet us at The Kenny next season). We may still squeak into the playoffs though. 🤞for Jack, Chris and the team.

Congratulations Luton Town. A well deserved win at Wembley in the EFL Trophy final. So great for the fans who travel with you and stand by you through the good times and the tough times. Especially great for young Hatters.

Finished my Christmas book this morning. The List of Suspicious Things by Jennie Godfrey. A little different to my usual choices. It’s brilliant, beautifully written, great characters. A story of friendship and kindness.

It’s Friday!!! Therefore it’s #FollowFriday #FollowBackFriday — If you want a fairer society — If you hate right wing idiocy — If you aren’t a wanker I’d be glad to follow you! Share this message far and wide and let’s connect with other non-wankers 😂

(Janet) I'm so glad I moved to Colin's plot. I didn't realise how lonely I was before. He comes every morning and after he's fed me he stays and does work on the plot. I think Maurine has been going to Sammy's plot for his meals. I think he will love it there. We are both very happy cats.
