When I was a young man a liberal was someone who was for the common good. Now it’s a certain kind of “bought” Democrat. Instead of re-defining the word “liberal”, shouldn’t we just call them corporate whores?

Midterms. Democrats win: This thing is fixable and there’s much work to be done. Republicans win: Big money is too powerful. You might consider leaving the country.

There are entire generations of Americans who have lived only the supply-side economics scam. I think they’re beginning to wonder what’s on the other side.

I've been seeing social media posts trying to classify left-of-center voters into different groups, leftists, liberals and progressives. This is handy to know because the more groups there are, the easier it is to arrange a circular firing squad.

The GOP is a cult that worships wealth and the wealthy and is dedicated to the idea that anybody can be filthy rich if ruthless enough.

I don't believe the dems have the courage to fix this. Two things must be done, a purge of fascists and income redistribution.

I can't help but think this is like watching a 1950's horror movie. A giant swamp monster rises from the depths. The army is called in and hits it with everything it has but the monster only grows stronger. The scientists are about to discover it's weak spot.

Hitler and Mussolini didn't take over their governments they replaced them. Do you really think the GOP is going to re-open ours? The sooner blue states stop sending our federal tax dollars to Washington, the sooner we will be prepared for what's coming.

It's not productive to use language you can't control. You can say Nazi or Fascist but they've already re-defined the words, so it doesn't land. We need something that stings and is brand new. Your thoughts?
