I am releasing Calcium, a new VR playspace calibrator! It allows you to use Basestation devices with SLAM headsets like a Quest or Steam Frame. The main goal is to be automatic, with the drawback that it *requires* a tracker rigidly mounted to your headset. Download: github.com/pimaker/calc...

The world seems to have been deleted. His account is still there. Unsure if banned or not (was last online last night). Chances are he will just uploaded with a different world ID or on another account since he didn't seem to think anything was wrong with it.

Discord events are extremely under utilized imo. - Always sync'd so everyone is on the same page - Can tie to a role if you want them private - Holds your announcement copy/paste - Can simpily send the event link to DJs for booking - Can set location to a link (twitch / vrc group)

Figma is another criminally under utilized tool. It's a co-op design tool that can run in a browser. You can mood/idea board. Create and edit anything you like. We only use like 5% of its potential and it's still so game changing. Almost all of our posters come from figma. www.figma.com

Also shout out notepad. Get in the habit of writing notes to yourself. In VR at an event and someone asks to get booked? Write it down. Like someones set your heard? Write it down. Balls itch? Write it down.

Stats from Timeline: Between Aug 2023 and Aug 2026 Refuge had 449 events, 565 different DJs, and 2,309 dj slots. That's without counting Flatline, open decks from every event, and pop-ups that aren't on Timeline. If anyone needs help/insight with backend organization I am more than willing to help.
