🌿MJ | Meditative Journaling

It is with great sadness that this pup looks out the window, remembering the outdoor time that ended nearly two minutes ago. A whole lifetime has passed since then.

A simple breath practice for the moments when your body needs a softer signal.

My pup, contemplating life in the sun. Guarding the garden with great seriousness. Waiting for the bees to make one wrong move. 🐝 A small reminder that even stillness has its own kind of purpose. Sometimes we are resting. Sometimes we are watching. Sometimes we are simply warm enough to stay.

Spring is here only for but a moment. #spring #bloomscrolling

It's #NationalMentalHealthAwarenessMonth What self-care practices are you prioritizing? If you use affirmations or mantras, steal this one: "Prioritizing my mental health is important and I am taking actionable steps to support it." 🤍 #mentalhealthmatters #bloomscrolling #journaling

Pieris japonica season 🤍 These little bell flowers only show up for a few weeks in spring — and they happen to be my favorites' favorite. Dream it, then do it. Even the small ones. #bloomscrolling #springflowers #photography #blueskymonday #eastcoastkin #photographersofbluesky #nature

Judge less. Try to understand more. Life feels different when we pause judgment and lean into curiosity. That’s where compassion begins — for ourselves and for others. #sunset #bluesky #vibrantsunset #streetart #eastcoastkin

Let your presence be the light that steadies your home. 🤍

She arrives quietly overnight, briskly in the morning, and whispers to the leaves. "It's time to let go." Welcome, Autumn 🍁 (unofficially, of course, for summer endures during the day ☀️) #EastCoastKin #autumn #lastdaysofsummer #bloomscrolling

As the sunset closes the day, I take solace in the knowing: today was a gift, an addition to the acquisition- wisdom bestowed, quietly stored for tomorrow. #Journaling #Sunset #Landscapes #Photography #EastCoastKin

The rumbling in the sky still lingered. My goodest boy snuggled under the covers, and I snagging a few moments from his favorite spot, just long enough to witness the stillness returning. I see why he's always tucked in this little corner. It holds peace, even after the storm. #scape #fog #sunrays

I am sustained by the pull of the earth, the moon, and my own soul. As the tide rises and falls, as the breeze brushes my cheek, as the bird swoops and soars, I trust the currents that carry me and shape my rocky terrain. #BlueSkyMonday #Photography #OceanScape #EastCoastKin

Beauty unmatched, rooted in stillness, waiting to unfurl for a fleeting moment and admired by those who choose to see. Root deep before reaching wide. #BloomScrolling #ClassicMono #EastCoastKin #BlueSky #Photography #art #photo #nature #PhotographersUnited

Surely, a legacy of love, healing, and compassion is greater than a legacy of shame, silence, and division. #EastCoastKin #ClassicMono #GraffitiArt

Each crack in the pavement whispers of loss. Each mile carries grief too deep for words. No one should be allowed to stand untouched, whispering "let it go" #StreetArt #BlueskyMonday #EastCoastKin

Perfection 🤍 Notice how quickly frog snuggled right in. No hesitation, no apology, just pure comfort and safety. We all deserve this.

We all need a place where we feel safe… Goodnight everybody. Sweet dreams.

So much quiet suffering comes from the words unspoken. Affirmation is a form of care, and silence can feel like abandonment. Speaking love, truth, and care is how we soften the silence. 🤍 #photography #boston #eastcoastkin

Today, I release the weight of being misunderstood. I’m not here to fix anyone’s denial. I’m here to end the pattern. Clarity is not cruelty. #art #photo #photography #sunset #sunray #bloomscrolling #EastCoastKin

May 16th in Massachusetts. Sunset burned soft across the sky and later that night, the Northern Lights danced just beyond the lens. Some beauty shows up quiet, waiting until you’re still enough to notice. #Sunset #Massachusetts #Scape #Landscape #Sky #Clouds #SkyScape #Photography #EastCoastKin

To every cycle breaker learning how to let light in: we’re allowed to reach for warmth, to follow joy, and to bloom without apology. #WeekYforYellow #AlphabetChallenge #EastCoastKin

Today, I ground myself in the only moment that truly exists. I release yesterday. I resist rushing toward tomorrow. The present is not a waiting room. It is home. #blueskymonday #eastcoastkin #photography #sunhalo

A bluesy ballad by Sonya Rae Taylor — tender, haunting, and full of soul. I can't tell you how many times I've listened to it. Beautifully written, masterful vocals, everything hits that tender spot just so. #music #newmusic #musicsky #blues #blusky

Spring nights have a vibe: “Here’s everything you need to rest — but no pressure. We’ll just… wait.” Not every glow is worth chasing. Sometimes the real peace is the space that doesn’t demand anything from you. #SpringNights #GentleHealing #RestWhenReady #ReturnToPeace
