MelodicBlue (She/Her)

Don't worry y'all--I get confused having two BlueSky accounts as well. I originally separated them to keep more XIV story spoiler stuff over on @melodiccerulean.etheirys.social and I'd talk streaming and all kinds of other things over here...but there's definitely been some overlap 😅 1/2

UPDATE: FFXIV RP201 HAS MOVED! This 1PM EDT panel will now be across the hall in Augusta E-H!!! #FFXIV #DragonCon #FFXIVRP

Atlanta! It's time for your #FFXIV Fisher Meetup! Join myself and other fishers of light at the Georgia Aquarium for some fish-sightseeing! 📅Thursday, Sept 3rd 4-6pm Georgia Aquarium Tickets available now: tinyurl.com/AtlantaMeetu...

Great news everyone! New Jersey finally passed a trans healthcare shield law. It becomes the final blue state left to pass such a law. This will help fight back against out of state subpoenas targeting gender-affirming care providers and patients. Subscribe to support our journalism.

Absolutely blown away by the support from the community on this. We had all kinds of fishers jump in and help out, from those catching their first big fish to those with all the achievements. Amazing work by the #FFXIV community for a great cause!! Happy Pride!

HOLY BISCUIT!! I love this community, and especially the fishers & cultural establishment builders of #FFXIV. Between the fundraising streams and the fish-a-thon for #WardensOfPride, we raised $1,337 (a fin-tastic number, gamers) and with the x2 donation match that's $2,674 for @lambdalegal.org !!!

my gpose EXPLODED unfortunately but HUGE thanks to @melodiccerulean.etheirys.social @biggestsalty.bsky.social @goosecatte.bsky.social for the photos!!

We had an INCREDIBLE turn out for the final window of the Wardens of Pride event!! And we caught SEVEN WARDENS!! Y'all are incredible. I love this community so much and you all are what makes the game for me!! Thank you all for fishing, HAPPY PRIDE! #FFXIV #WardensOfPride

We're live with... #FFXIV? I guess! Not sure what to do today, so it's a bit of a xiv variety day I guess. www.twitch.tv/afruitysnacks

Realized I haven't updated my Ko-fi in a hot minute, so I just tossed a new goal on there. If you like the guides or rambles, you could consider tossing a coin over. However it is never expected! (Like I feel awkward posting this and only talk about it yearly+ ish?) ko-fi.com/fruitysnacks...

Just donated $25 to the Lambda Legal fundraiser, which is ending in about 3 hours from now! There is still just a bit of time left to catch a Warden and tag it with #WardensOfPride or to submit any donations directly! Wish I had found time to fish this month, but wanted to give support regardless💚

HOLY BISCUIT! 😲 Thanks to an anonymous donation, we have FILLED the goal!! 🎉 And with all donations doubled this month, that means we've raised A Thousand Dollars US for Lambda Legal!! 4.5 more hours to fish up Wardens and 7.5 more hours to donate--let's see how far we go! 🏳️‍🌈

🏳️‍🌈 Updates! 1 - Thanks to a donation that came in yesterday from Alakja, we are now a mere $150 away from our goal! tinyurl.com/LLPrideDonate 2 - I caught my seventh Warden for #WardensOfPride! I already reported it in the channel on the EMN discord but I'm so hyped I had to yell about it here 🥳

Next weeks #FFXIV Big Fish at Large🏅 for the week of June 28, 2026 Not sure what fish to chase this week? Here's notable big fish that are coming up and the time slots they're appearing in this week. List by Sisipu-bot, dev'd by @okuraku.bsky.social

Y'all, we are FLYING today. if we keep this rate up 250 could be in the cards. let's finish the month out strong! #WardensOfPride #FFXIV

The special lecture last night was otterly amazing! Unfortunately, there were some technical issues and some of the messages didn't come through so while the VOD is on Twitch, Tallis and I are going to get a clean recording for Youtube to ensure the lecture is captured in all its glory!

We are LIVE hitting a Warden window over on Marilith before the special lecture!

We've caught 176 Wardens so far! The Wardens arrived in Old Sharlayan on a request from the Confluence to help test an experimental aetheryte across the Indigo Deep. It whisked them away with a surprising purple flash... #WardensOfPride #FFXIV eorzean.fish/Pride2026

The campaign is still active here: tiltify.com/@melodicblue... The next charity stream will be on Friday June 26th, starting a little earlier than planned so we can hit the Warden of the Seven Hues window at 6:40pm EDT. Then at 8pm we'll have a special lecture on Queer Representation in FFXIV!

Lambda Legal never charges their clients for legal representation or advocacy. They also don’t receive government funding. Community support & individual donations like yours are directly helping fund legal defense, advocacy, and civil rights work for LGBTQ+ people and everyone living with HIV.

We're at our final stop of our 14 hour long Pride Month Fish Train in #FFXIV! Thank you to everyone who joined throughout the day, and we hope you had fun fishing! Whoever you are, whatever you identify as, whomever you choose to love - you are loved back. You matter. You are real. Happy Pride.

Slight update on the Wardens of Pride fish train catch count (the turn out was great!) because I made a mistake! If your catch happened as part of the train even if it was after the train / I had left and I said "post it on social media it'll count but not for the train" it counts! #WardensOfPride

🎤 A History of Queer Representation in #FFXIV Our Pride Month events continue with a lecture on the history of queer representation in FFXIV! Attend in person or on stream with MelodicBlue's live stream! www.twitch.tv/melodicblue ⌚Friday, June 26, 8pm EDT 🗺️Blue Cat Treasures, LB, W3, P36, Marilith

The fish train was phenomenal and I caught not one but two Wardens! Now we're continuing with streaming the Flourish Pride Dance Show right now and both the venue and the performances are STUNNING!! We've also made it halfway to our charity fundraising goal! 🏳️‍🌈

Okay, folks. Let's do this. Wardens of Pride Fish Train Mega-Marathon stream is a go!

🌳Aquatic Mechanism Distribution Survey - Auxesia This lowly class A mission might not look like much, but it's the first of a handful of guides I'll be putting together for the fisher relic rod guide, as it's amazing for Data Type VII. It's also great for Drone bits. 🔗 youtu.be/ZgP8cK8hupE

Bit of clarification on June 26--this will be a Special Lecture hosted in the museum, not a full tour of the museum (though I do highly encourage you to tour the museum on your own, and we may take a gander through its galleries before or after the amazing lecture!

I'm so excited to fish with Em and for such a great cause!

We are LIVE for my 6-year Streamiversary/Affiliaversary! Starting with the Make it Rain quest and then we'll go from there!

This is me on my streamer-sona! I am stoked to raise funds for such a great organization, fighting on the front lines in courtrooms across the US for the rights of LGBTQIA+ folks as well as people with HIV/AIDS.

Another one! The crystal provides! #WardensOfPride

The #MelodiesOfLight are back to support @lambdalegal.org once more! Melodies of Light for a Rainbow of Rights!🌈 📅 June 20th Mega-Marathon Fundraiser Stream Offline incentives are live now; more to come during stream! Donations are doubled between now and June 30th! 🔗 tiltify.com/@melodicblue...

frantically scrolling up through chat as the animation happened to get my relatively conveniently timed message into chat LOL You should catch a Warden of the Seven Hues NOW!

And we got my first!! #WardensOfPride

You've got plenty of time to prep--Salad's next window isn't until June 9th at 6:18pm EDT (UTC-4)! In the meantime, please enjoy my little Big Fish Parody--written during my own 34 consecutive windows of struggle to bring the fairy-winged fishie home!
