I pulled out the sewing machine last week. After completing some mending projects, I transformed a towel into 2 potholders. The kitties will make me smile every time I walked through the kitchen.

Had my first really productive day in a long time. Finished my portion of a project that had been waiting on others for a week. Scheduled 2 appointments. Call a third business with questions, and got answers! Learned how to do speech to text for transferring my game session notes. Plus a few chores

A long overdue project is finally complete! Gone is the ugly beige tub & shower that the previous owner had installed, very poorly. And now we have beautiful brass accents that match the rest of the room. Plus, tile above the shower walls for easier cleaning. Hooray!

I did get a little crafty for the holiday and made treat holders for friends and family. Left is a sour cream container. Right is a triangle box. Both were full of chocolates. Yum

I needed to streamline info for our Invisible Sun game so I made myself a character sheet. More inventory and important NPCs are listed on the back. I’ll see how it works at tonight’s session.

I'm trying to make a new lining for my winter coat from the shredded remains of the old lining. It hasn't gone well. Taking a break before cutting out a second set of sleeves. Sigh

The neighbors on both sides have walnut trees which drop tons of walnuts in our yard. I don't like walnuts and it's like a minefield trying to walk without twisting my ankle. I filled two wheelbarrows with nuts and still have the whole driveway to clean up. Ugh

Our Family Gaming Group has started playing Invisible Sun. I decided to sketch out my character's manor house. It's fun when a game let's me indulge my interest in architecture.
