Does anyone know why they white-washed Rider from Paw Patrol in the new Paw Patrol: Dino Movie? I think it's pretty clear Rider is Latino, or at least not white in the TV show, but in the new movie they gave him freckles, lighter skin, and gingery hair which makes him appear Caucasian. Weird.

AI should be bound by the equivalent of a Hippocratic Oath. I don't think legislation is even essential. I think companies should just publicly display the piece of programming that limits the model to "do no harm" and to only provide outputs that are a benefit to humanity as a whole.
