I had been struggling with using Claude Code on a legacy Shift JIS code base, and I came up with this MCP server which gives Claude Code tools to work with Shift JIS (CP932). I hope if anyone else is struggling with this they find this and it helps them out. github.com/MichaelCharl...

If you hate seeing anything at all on your #Mac desktop, the following command will hide all desktop items: defaults write com.apple.finder CreateDesktop -bool false && killall Finder && say icons hidden And back again: defaults write com.apple.finder CreateDesktop -bool true && killall Finder

This changes everything.

To be clear, we do have plans for scaling, we just kinda expected more than a couple days notice before getting blasted with a million new users a day. The team is rapidly deploying fixes and new software to adapt. More servers in the mail.
