Went to A Gun Through Time by @davidolusoga.bsky.social in Glasgow last night with my 16yr old. Absolutely fantastic, David is a master communicator and so much information crammed into less than 2 hours but so, so engaging. My son was in his element, especially when the Battle of Mons came up!

So I've been using Bluesky for a little over a week and I can only report positively of my experience. My motivation was Twitter became a chore to manage. Social media for me is, for the most part, just a bit of escapism to discover and interact. Bluesky has given me that without the hassle.
