What are the top home products for people with large, long fur dogs that shed a lot? The best vacuum I’ve ever had for this is the Dyson Ball Animal 2. But I’m always wondering if there’s anything else I’m missing in automated vacuums, fur resistant fabrics, etc.

Going to InterMiami and Florida Panthers games is the funniest juxtaposition. Fight breaks out in soccer and this is a dead serious matter 🫨 Fight breaks out in hockey and the stadium starts playing Metal 🤘

i see this is currently only for enterprise but what if i am enterprise _at heart_?

Excited for Vercel Postgres and Blob and ready to use them. Vercel becomes more obvious to use _for me_. Totally understand the caution around knowing what’s under the hood — I’ve worked on past projects where using AWS directly is the best choice. For my work now, the convenience is liberating.

It’s three points on the road!!!!! Let’s gooooooo!!!

InterMiami is coming into tonight’s game on 6 straight losses but I just watched an episode of Ted Lasso so that’s gotta count for something. Let’s make it a good night! 💪

One thing about Miami (not all South Florida) that I adore is how much they care about tech. From the outside I know people see it as crypto only, but it includes way more. The City of Miami and Miami-Dade County actually visited React Miami and supports us along with countless other builders.

I know this is not for everyone and I’m not trying to convince anyone to move here at all. I’m just sharing a few of my thoughts on why I love being here because I think it’s really powerful (and sharing this thread on Twitter would turn into a nightmare lol)

Also to clarify, there’s a lot of great tech and tech communities throughout all of South Florida. This is more specifically speaking to the support from government and leaders which is not found in the same capacity throughout the region.

Whatever the case, it’s fun to be building in a city with so many resources ready to be deployed to help you and so much optimism from the top. Everyone here wants each other to succeed. Show up a few times to events and people will remember you and keep you in mind for opportunities.

We’re still well on our way to being the global tech hub we’d like to be, but I think it’s wayyyy more fun to be a part of creating that together than trying to be noticed among a sea of people flocking to take advantage of something that’s already been established.

If you feel passionate about what you’re building, I can’t imagine a better place to be. I’m hard pressed to find other cities where government/leaders invest as much focus on tech founders, companies, and communities. My theory is cities with more established tech hubs take this for granted? 🤷🏼‍♀️
