It's too much. I'm in the Silly Zone for the day (& probably the weekend). Sadly, I'm sure the horrors will still be here when I get back. Until then, always remember: a baby porcupine is called a porcupette 🙂

New game: things I heard/knew about companies/institutions before the trump administration 1) Don’t go up against Disney. They are basically a law firm surrounded by a theme park. 2) If the feds show up, you’re done. They don’t make a move until the case is solid. That’s why they succeed so much

My latest. A little rough around the edges but so is life 😉 #art

Crystal Ball Snark #art

My 1st attempt at glue gun art ( with acrylics). I’m mainly pleased I didn’t burn down my apartment and that I still have my fingerprints 😶 #art

I know it’s too late for this thought but what if trump got what he wanted for his birthday with no protestors at his parade. In fact, what if NO ONE showed up at the parade & went to all other #NoKings protests instead?

Hippie Chick #art 🧶

So I’m taking a break from doom scrolling with some arts & crafts and TV. The TV that I find more relaxing than current events? Serial killer documentaries. I hate this timeline.

Can everyone please, please, PLEASE stop talking about the illegal deportations. Deportation implies there is a reason or a process. These people are being disappeared and/or renditioned. When the agents carrying out the orders wear masks and refuse to identify themselves, something is very wrong.

WIP. Will start adding color to it tomorrow #art 🧶

Debutant Medium: yarn art #art 🧶

Currently on my rotating image screensaver at work...just sayin'

Fun questions to ask the president if you were called on in a press conference: 1) Are you afraid your eyes are going to turn brown with all the crap you’re shoveling? 2) Are all the MAGAT noses up your butt at once or is it more of a centipede? (Follow-up) Is Elon the head of the centipede now?

Rough day - generally and personally. My therapy: Yarn and Legos

How old white congressmen can prove they still have balls: Instead of sending dick pics to young staffers, reclaim the powers of the purse and oversight.

I can only doom scroll for so long before I have to go to cat pics

So…This is the result of an insomnia-addled brain after a really intense dream. 🧶 #art

I've been trying to think of a way to say it doesn't matter about left, right, Republican, Democrat & that we should just try to be decent human beings. Then I realized my problem: humans. We need a new dominant species.

HeartSong #art 🧶

Channeling my issues through my art medium (yarn art). Draft of future project. Working title: Choose Wisely

I’ve crocheted, attempted knitting and other yarn-related things but have landed on what I call yarn art. Basically, using yarn as paint. One of my recent projects here. I hope this fits here 🧶

Today is dedicated to <ctrl>z It has been a friend and savior on this challenging day.

My latest yarn project: Mind. Blown. #art

Let’s try a different problem-solving technique, shall we? Instead of problem, disinformation, blame - how about Problem Team up to fix Determine cause, not for blame but-stick with me here-to prevent it from happening again. Too radical?

We need a new dominant species. It’s time to admit that humans have dropped the ball.

Djinn in Tonic No. 42 Medium: yarn art #art

What if educators got all the funding they want/need and the military had to have bake sales?

My internet went out. The first thing the provider did was send me a text with a link that I couldn’t open because my internet went out.

Today's fun thing: Looking at something you do all day, every day and having no idea what it is or what to do with it. Holiday Brain, anyone?

My first commission 😎 #art

My attempts at reaching a higher frequency are being thwarted at every turn. I have crystals and can use them for meditation or as projectiles...just sayin'.

Am I the only one who thinks Wham & friends break into the winter cottage they stay at? I mean, they park there cars up the road & hop the fence to get to the house. Just sayin

All I want for Christmas is a human-sized cat tree.

Hear me out...Should Social Security be taken away, a class action lawsuit against the American Government for all the money withheld from paychecks for those of us who won't be able to benefit from the program. Just thinking out loud here.

When, oh when, is the government going to focus on what is truly important to the American people and declare a national Day of Napping?

What do you do when you like both yarn and paint? Use yarn as paint! I present Desi Deco 2.0 and Tequila Moonrise.

Given everything going on in the world right now, some days it’s just enough to survive the drive home from work.
