I came home and opened the news. russia launched a missile attack on the city of Dnipro and the surrounding region, striking civilian infrastructure and a passenger train. At least eleven people were killed, and more than 100 were wounded. I want the world to know.

Fruit tree owners in New Zealand. This actually works. We have a much better crop of plums this year. The moths seem to find the traps all year round, so renew them monthly. When I first put them in the trees in September the dead moths were 5cm deep. Amazing. Recipe in comment.

Dissolve 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tsp Marmite in boiling water. Top up to 1 litre with cold water, then add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 1 tsp Handy Andy (ammonia). Tip into empty 2L milk bottles, cut a slit towards the top of the bottle and open outwards. Hang from the trees on the trunk.
