It's nights like this I really miss my friend Gus. I'm hanging out in downtown Fullerton having dinner and drinks and it's right about now I'd call him to meet up with me. I feel he's still with me, always. I miss you so much. I love you.

Today is a rough day. My empathy and worry for what is happening in our country and what is happening in my personal life is crushing. I feel like I'm about to shut down. I wish I could turn off my emotions for 24 hrs.

The stress level is pretty high. There's some fucked up shit going on in our nation right now and I'm feeling pretty powerless. I'm gonna create an email list of reps and send them strongly worded letters. I have to scream into the void somewhere.

I'm once again lamenting the loss of my family who were my rock. They have slowly devolved and joined the felon's cult. My dad was the final person I had hoped would have some clarity as a Mexican man, some compassion as a Christian, it's not the case. He's anti immigration, anti- trans and thinks

The Felon and Elon will root out corruption and save us all. He has half facts, all the talking points of conservative news. I'm so tired and sad. My parents and brothers who were once my world are all cheering for the fascism that is rooting itself into our government.

I stay casually around for my niece, my nibling and nephew so they have me, if needed. Once I have new employment it is my mission to find a bigger place and bring said nibling to live with us. I worry about them daily cause their parents are assholes. The rest of the fam can stay in AZ.
