My father took this same test. It was one step in the diagnosis of his Lewy Body dementia. My mother-in-law took this test. It was one step in diagnosing her with vascular dementia. When it’s given multiple times the doctors are checking on how rapid the cognitive decline is…

Trump: "You know, the first question -- they have a lion, a snake, a giraffe, and a bear. And they say 'which is the snake?' ... by the time you get to number five a lot of people are left out on the road ... I get no credit for it."

Remember in 2012 when the Republicans were going to shutdown the federal government because the federal debt was going to reach $16 trillion. Today it reached $40 trillion. And 1/3 of the total is Trump’s. Fun times.

According to the USDA, who administers the program, last year 51% of SNAP recipients worked fulltime. Where do those fulltime employees work? Amazon, Walmart, and McDonald’s. If your business model depends on your employees being on public assistance, then your business model is broken.

Except that the marginal price of gas increases the transportation cost of everything you purchase. And the cost of agricultural production - fuel to cultivate, plant, spread, spray, and harvest. In addition to the increased cost of ammonium nitrate fertilizer made from oil.

I paid $4.89/gallon yesterday.

I paid $4.19/gallon for gas yesterday. In December, 2024 I paid $2.89. Wednesday I paid $10 for a pound of 80/20 ground beef. My healthcare premium went up 35% in January. So much winning. #affordability
