Herbst ist nicht mehr weit weg. Heute hat der Sommer aber nochmal gewonnen

Oh my, what is happening in Berlin? Attack on the CSD festivities in Berlin with one person killed and 14 injured? Don’t ever tell me we don’t need to be celebrating and be proud of our community LOUD and PROUD 😭🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

I don’t often heap praise on the German Railways @deutschebahn.com but today I have to. Munich to Schaffhausen not via the shortest route for a last minute trip as it would have hideously expensive. Ended using 6 trains arriving home on time. If only….

Nobuyukii #Nobu Tsujii piano recital at Prinzregententheater tonight. One of the most inspiring, wonderful nights at the theatre one could hope for. On top of that, a wonderfully well behaved audience (despite all the tears) that got treated to five encores.

What a glorious sight! 83% for BreJoin EU 👏

Wow - der Onlineverkauf für die Bayreuther Festspiele war schon um 6:45 im Gange. Keine Wartezeit aber nicht mehr viele Karten…. Hab’ was ich wollte

In 200 years hardly anyone at all will know who Chalamet was. Whereas Wagner, Verdi, Puccini, Strauss will still be loved by millions

Deutsche Bahn mal wieder in bester form heute. Zug nach Hause nicht nur ein mal storniert sondern gleich zwei mal. Hoffentlich aind dann aller guten Dinge drei. Zumindest 100% des Fahrpreises gibt es zurück

We just attended the first night of the new years concerts by the BerlinPhil Orchestra tonight. Brahms Piano Concerto #2 performed by #DanilTrifonov followed by some Wagner and Strauß pieces. A concert to remember for a long time. #KirilPetrenko smiling all through the show. Beautiful!

A little Sondheim can’t ever be a bad thing. We are at Komische Oper Berlin for their new Kosky production. This should be a great evening.

Excited to get to see La fille du Regiment today at the Bayerische Staatsoper today. Given the reviews and comments I have seen, this should be quite something. It’s my 4th production of this Opera after Zurich, London and Chicago (though I think London and Chicago could have been a co production)
