Plus BlueSky is way more fair than Threads. You can't just import your IG followers, so everyone starts on the same level. Makes it feel more organic. I haven't seen any celebrity content on my feed. Just a bunch of randos, which is how I like my internet.

The more fox images I ❤️ here, the more I see. This is obv how social algorithms based on interest graphs work, but for whatever reason, I've never experienced such a tight feedback loop on the BlueSky alternatives. Only TikTok. It's satisfying to build a feed that feeds you what you want. ♻️

Forgot what it was like to look at the replies to a post and NOT see a bunch of completely unrelated content posted by bots. I could get used to this app.
