If you have questions regarding moderation decisions made by the Medsky labeler, you can submit an appeal to support@medsky.network.

You can submit reports of medical misinfo by selecting the "..." on posts and selecting "Report Post". We review reports identified as "misleading." Accounts that have multiple reports of vaccine misinformation are added to our moderation list, which you can subscribe to below.

There's been an increase in posted vaccine misinformation concerning Dr. Fauci's recent US Senate hearing. We're working diligently to address reports submitted by community members. Thanks to everyone helping keep the Atmosphere safe. Subscribe to @moderation.medsky.network to submit reports.

Congratulations to @eurosky.social on the launch of their new microblogging app, mu.social! We’re excited to finally share that we’re a trusted verifier on the platform, and are working with Eurosky to verify European healthcare workers and organizations not yet verified by Bluesky!

We’re in the process of developing a transparent workflow for verifying healthcare workers and organizations on the Atmosphere. In the meantime, we encourage organizations to consider DNS verifying their accounts.

Or you may prefer that your data be hosted by a service in the same region as you, which is a large part of the appeal of services like @eurosky.social. Ultimately, all these different platforms offer people choices on how they experience the social internet.

For example, on @blackskyweb.xyz & Blacksky hosted servers like Medsky, there's larger video size limits than the 3 min limit on Bluesky (although you'd need to access communities domains like medsky.social to view those videos. Our PDS also uses moderation to target medical misinformation.

Think about it like an email service. If you have a gmail account, all your data is hosted by Google. If you have a icloud account, all your data is hosted by Apple. Migrating lets accounts on the Atmosphere like yours choose where your data is hosted. Different services offer different benefits.
