Also I just want to register here that I'm no longer depressed and I'm slowly healing! Took a lot of mental effort and therapy to take me out of my ill and sedentary lifestyle and I've been improving on exercising and eating better, all with baby steps and I'll soon start scheduling some check-ups

My goal is to have more energy to draw/work and strength to deal with daily life challenges and after almost 4 months doing the best I can ~slowly~ I'm already feeling some improvement. Now I understand why liking and having patience with ourselves is such a good thing
