Here's my coverage from SynthFest UK 2026 - a whole bunch of videos on the wonderful and weird bits and bobs I thought were fabulous www.youtube.com/playlist?lis... #synthfestuk #synths

Finally got around to reviewing this mighty fine dual filter from AJH Synth. youtu.be/ChBv3HrjpOI

This Saturday we have two new synths to play with. The Pinky 12 from MakingSoundMachines and the Peak from Novation. Come and have a play on some synths up in the Honesty Library, Castle Quarter, Norwich from 10:30 until 4pm youtu.be/F_a-Ep6QunI

Hey - my live performance on Saturday got recorded. So here it is in all its half-decent, half-bizarrely perky improvised glory. youtu.be/k3l_jAORXhI

Live streaming tonight at 8pm to pick apart my live performance last night at The Garage, and the usual music tech chat youtube.com/live/GdMoRG1...

Amongst the slop that now arrives in my inbox I've found a few treasures of software, a few interesting AI kinks and a whole bunch of hardware. Slightly later than intended, but here's September's Molten Monthly. youtu.be/AaXOiPZXUU0

Great Synth Picnic Radio show last night - it's still available until 9pm tonight, then its gone.... then we do it over again next Monday! You can submit your tracks through the SynthPicnic website. blastradio.com/synthpicnic

Finally got half a grip on this strange and wonderful synthesizer. The Echon 6 is amazing in the right place, odd in others and definitely a new experience in sound making. youtu.be/awTwPmiBaOs

Gig coming up - in Norwich! 3rd of October I'm supporting Globo at The Garage (near Chapelfield gardens). Tickets are £12. It would be great to see you. Globo and e.m.arson are pretty great too! www.thegarage.org.uk/shows/globo-...

Here's my review of a new snare drum module that will keep you busy finding your snap and sizzle, and then randomise the heck out of it. Shakmat's Lancer's Lash. youtu.be/HE8irVWigcY

A great show last night featuring lots of extraordinary electronic music. You can stream it until 9pm tonight, or tune in next week for more! www.blastradio.com/synthpicnic

Track list is locked for Monday night's Synth Picnic Radio show, from 9pm synthpicnic.com/synth-picnic...

Synth Picnic is back - Saturday 12th September, in Norwich, come and play synths! youtu.be/Jn1ucv3bVko

Hey lovely creative people. The Human Response Project (THRP) is an active way to push back against the AI slop by being thoroughly human. We need artists, designers, poets and musicians to help us respond to people's questions. Come and give it a couple of minutes and see what you think - thrp.art

Molten Monthly time - lots of goodies, lots of concepts, lots of chances for a bloody good time youtu.be/3GCkkQr_Wo0

Drum Farm from Knobula - lots of drum sounds and a pretty awesome sampler that you can use for all sorts of funky things. youtu.be/Kw-KqyeF2vw

July's Molten Monthly is out by a whisker - a little late, a little overloaded but full of fun, thought and the best products thrown at us this month. youtu.be/xYoDRbLMr_8

Gosh, 30 products in my Molten Monthly for July. It's written but I won't get to film it until Friday, so it will be a late for July, but what can you do. I should have it for the weekend - or maybe Saturday lunchtime :D

This is one of my favourite videos that I've ever made. It was back in 2014 when I was actually trying to make interesting videos on things rather than just reviews. youtu.be/IMweM2RXBf4

I was interviewed by a lovely man about creativity and synthesizers a little while ago and it's just been posted as a podcast. It was a really nice thing to do. share.transistor.fm/s/9c88b26b

Here's my review of the beautiful Random8 from Mylar Melodies. It brings so many possibilities in an elegantly designed, compact, generating machine. youtu.be/NkWdCEI7PpE

Yay, June's Molten Monthly is up - gosh that took me ages and I'm melting at my video editor. Grab a cold drink and enjoy some time (a long time) in the arms of the latest music tech software and hardware. youtu.be/y37Co53NPN4

I wrote an article on the Triadex Muse - it's over on Perfect Circuit. A weird algorithmic, possibly even first gen AI based generative compositional machine. www.perfectcircuit.com/signal/triad...

Unexpected gig coming up! I'm playing in support of Globo's return, at The Lower Third in Denmark Street, London. Monday 29th June - so, like really soon! I'm going to need to come up with something fabulous for about half an hour - yikes! dice.fm/event/av55o2...

AI has arrived at your DAW and no one's asked us if it's ok to come in. I check out Fender Studio Pro's AI squatter and give it a poke. Is this the inevitability of music production software? youtu.be/wpkAsh6vMio

Erm.. hi, I'm looking for creative people to take part in a little experiment. So, if you're a writer, musician, artist, painter, poet and could spare me, i dunno, 20 minutes, to do a little thing, please let me know - it's fun, not hard, but also kinda important.

Finally got to spend some time with the Vhikk X wonder-wizard-soundscape-wavetable-squash-machine - it's fun. Vid in comments. youtu.be/DPMIv0ZJ5hM

Synth Picnic is back this Saturday with special guests, the Morphor Echon 6, Mylar Melodies Random 8 and the Vhikk X. youtu.be/ZgZrJs5ECrg

Live stream tonight - synths and stuff, 8pm youtube.com/live/h67PlKh...

May's Molten Monthly is online giving you a run down of the best synth-things from Superbooth and more from the last few weeks youtu.be/GqX4ROK085A
